| Background Periodontal disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease.At early time patient feel gingival bleed,in the late patient will find their alveolar bone resorption.And ultimately the general loose teeth,which will effect their quality of life.The question is how to prevent it? Clinically,doctors advise people “wash the teeth” on regular.However the surface of the tooth will be rough and sensitive after ultrasonic scaling,if not done,the surface re-coloring of the tooth will be faster,more serious and sensitive.At present,it is limited to reduce the surface roughness and the sensitivity of the tooth only by polishing,which can not get a satisfied clinical effects.How to make up for the shortcomings of polishing technology,such as improving the surface roughness of tooth after scaling,delaying the deposition of plaque,calculus and pigmentation while improving the patient’s tooth sensitivity,It is an urgent need for oral health care workers to solve the problem.Therefore,this study based on the existing research,the "doctor intervention and patient intervention," the combination of local fluoride and home use the concept of two-pronged dental care,through the establishment of ultrasonic dentist model,fluoride protective paint and dental care.To explore the effect of fluoride protective lacquer combined with dental protection on the restoration of the tooth surface structure after ultrasonic scalpel denture was studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),the changes of enamel and dentin.The experiment is divided into two parts:Part 1: The effect of GC tooth mousse combined with fluoride protector on the enamel surface after ultrasonic cleaning.Objective: To investigate the effect of GC tooth mousse combined with fluoride protector on the recovery of dental tissue after ultrasonic cleaning.Methods: Collected healthy premolars of orthodontic removal and randomly divided into four groups: A,B,C and D,After treatment,group A did not intervene,group B was treated with fluor-protection paint,group C was treated with tooth mousse,and group D was treated with tooth mousse and fluoride protector.The enamel surface roughness was then carried out at different times.The observation of the enamel surface morphology and exogenous staining was observed by scanning electron microscopy.Results: The roughness test showed that the roughness values of each group decreased gradually with time after ultrasonic cleaning,and the decrease of the roughness value of the intervention group was more obvious after 5 days,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Scanning electron microscopy showed that the ultrastructural changes of enamel surface were improved after treatment,and the enamel surface of each group was improved.The combination group was significantly improved compared with the control group,while the combined group was the most obvious change.Exogenous staining was used to observe the coloring of the tooth surface.The intervention group was lighter than the non-intervention group.In the intervention group,The results showed that the staining of the tooth surface of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group before and after the exogenous staining,the difference has statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the combined intervention group was more effective than the other three groups(P< 0.05).Conclusion: The combination of GC tooth mousse and fluoride protector can better promote the recovery of enamel surface morphology after ultrasonic cleaning.Part 2: The effect of GC tooth mousse combined with fluoride protector on the dentine tubule after ultrasonic cleaningObjective: To investigate the effect of GC tooth mousse combined with fluoride protective on the dentine tubule closed after ultrasonic cleaning.Methods: Collected healthy premolars of orthodontic removal and prepared dentine block,then randomly divided into four groups: A,B,C and D,After treatment,group A did not intervene,group B was treated with fluor-protection paint,group C was treated with tooth mousse,and group D was treated with tooth mousse and fluoride protector.The surface morphology and lateral structure of the teeth were examined by SEM.The sealing rate of each group was calculated respectively.Results: Scanning electron microscopy can be observed that B,C,D three groups can effectively block the dentine tubules,After 7 days later,the combined group was the best of the three groups,closure rate had statistically significant.However after 14 days later,there was no significant among three intervention groups.Conclusion: GC tooth mousse and fluoride protector can effectively close the small dentine tubule,and with a short time,the combined group also had the best effection. |
