Objective:To investigate the effect of pro-expansion with Hydroxyethyl Starch 130/0.4 and Sodium Chloride Injection to T2 DM on hemorheology.Methods:According to this topic of inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria40 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital with general anesthesia volunteered for this topic research were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(n=20each).Within 30 minutes before the anesthesia,8ml/kg of hydroxyethyl starch(130/0.4)and sodium chloride injection was infused in experimental group,and same dose of ringers lactated was infused in the control group.During the period of infusion,keep a close eye on hemodynamics,complications related transfusion and the allergy,and record heart rate,blood pressure before the expansion,the end of expansion,the beginning of anesthesia,the point of operation cut skin and 1 h after expansion,record the blood glucose before the expansion,the end of expansion and 1 h after expansion.The varibles of hemorheology were tested at two time points,respectively before the expansion,and 1h after expansion including whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,Hb,HCT and the arterial blood lactic acid value.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in general information,Compared with what before the expansion,at the end of the expansion,the heart rate of two groupshas no obvious change,but at the beginning of anesthesia,the point of operation cut skin and 1 h after expansion,heart rate is slower;.At the end of expansionthe,blood pressure has increased significantly in both groups,then at the beginning of anesthesia,the point of operation cut skin and 1 h after expansion,there is lower blood pressure.Compared with the control group,experimental group has a less drop at blood pressure at the beginning of anesthesia and the point of operation cut skin;Compared with before the expansion,at the end of expansion,the two groups of patients have no significant changes in blood sugar,but have a significantly increased at 1 h after expansion.Compared with the control group,experimental group has no obvious rise in blood sugar,the results have no statistical significance;Compared with before the expansion,the control group had no obviously decrease about the oplasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),whole blood viscosity,the amount of hemoglobin,red blood cells deposited,arterial blood lactic acid value are reduced,,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while all of the testing indexes of experimental group after expansion are reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,all the index differences before the expansion of experimental group had no statistical significance(P>0.05),and after expansion,there was a more decrease of red blood cell aggregation index,erythrocyte deposited,arterial blood lactate greater value in experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the rest of the index difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared the ringers lactated,using hydroxyethyl starch(130/0.4)and sodium chloride in jection in perioperative diabetes patients before operation can obviously reduce the erythrocyte aggregation,accelerate the blood flow velocity,effectively reduce the arterial blood lactic acid value,it is more effective for improving the microcirculation and metabolism of organization for the patients of Diabetes Mellitus.
