Purpose: By observing the expression level of nitric oxide(NO)and vitamin E(VE)in the researchers' serum in this paper, explore the level of NO and VE in the occurrence and development process of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome complicated with type 2 diabetes. Methods: Collecting from January 2015-February 2017 year in in the first hospital of Shanxi Medical University breathing Sleep monitoring room and Department of endocrine examination and hospital patient groups,in accordance with the relevant diagnostic criteria divided into pure OSAHS group(group OA),OSAHS with diabetes mellitus group(OD group),diabetic group(DM group),normal group(NC group)four groups,a total of 65 patients. These all underwent polysomnography(PSG),and were recorded in patients with sex, age, height, weight, calculating body mass index(BMI),manual correction of sleep monitoring report, and record each apnea index(AHI),arterial oxygen saturation(LSO2),and on the same day for sleep monitoring before draw venous blood serum after centrifugation,by colorimetric method and micro plate method were used to determine the content level of VE and NO in serum, and finally make use of statistical and analysis software of SPSS data to arrangement and describe four groups of related data.Results:1.compare general features:There was no significant difference in age and BMI among the four group(P>0.05).2.Comparison of respiratory parameters:Comparing NC group and DM group, two groups of AHI?LSO2 in OA group,OD group were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The results of serum NO,vitamin E levels:compared with NC group, vitamin E,NO levels of OA group,DM group and OD group were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with OA group and DM group, the serum vitamin E and NO levels were significantly lower in the OD group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Person correlation analysis:Vitamin E was negatively correlated with AHI,and was positively correlated with LSO2.NO was negatively correlated with AHI,and was positively correlated with LSO2.Conclusion: 1.Compared with the normal population, the NO and VE content of OSAHS patients decreased, the more severe the degree of OSAHS,the more significant decline in the content of both, and NO and VE content were negatively correlated with AHI and was positively correlated with LSO2.2.In diabetic patients,NOand VE were lower than that of healthy people, and there may be a high level of oxidative stress in the body.3.In OSAHS patients complicated with diabetes mellitus,NO and VE content were decreased significantly, the both may participate in the development of OSAHS associated with diabetes.
