Objective:Explore if ginkgetin can lower myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and gap junction protein 43 in rats,if so,explore its possible mechanism. Methods:Selected 32,only healthy male SD rats were medially and randomly divided into four groups,Sham,I/R,Ginaton,Ginkgolide,which were established myocardial I/R injury mode and given corresponding drugs before ischemia-reperfusion.Then observing rat myocardium histomorphology changes by HE staining, the expression level and distribution of Cx43 by immunohistochemical method,SOD and MDA by xanthine oxidase method and barbituric acid method.Observing and recording the situation about arrythmia within 30 min following reperfusion, and then compare them. Results:Compared with the I/R groups, the level of myocardial damage of Ginaton was reduced, and the level of SOD was increased, and MDA decreased, the expression of Cx43 improved with most of the distribution in the end to end joint, arrhythmia happenned less. Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba extract can lessen myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury(MIRI)in rats and reduce abnormal expression of Cx43,thus improve the arrhythmia from MIRI,which may be related to decrease its excessive oxidative stress and reduce the gapjunction protein’s abnormal expression.
