Objective:To observe the application of multimodal analgesia methods with nurses as the main role on the effect of scoliosis patients during perioperative period.Exploring the applicability of multimodal analgesia scheme of perioperative scoliosis patients,is in order to provide scientific guidance and basis for evidence-based nursing, reduce the pain and provide high quality nursing service. To explore the role and significance of nurses in pain management system. Methods:By adopting the experimental research method,60 patients who were undertaken scoliosis surgery in a hospital during May 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the research object,30 patients during May to September 2016 were selected as the control group,in addition, another 30 patients during October 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing.Meanwhile the observation group was given multimodal analgesia method with nurses as the main role. Thus the effect of MMA with nurses as the main role is judged by the pain score at different time points,S-AI State Anxiety Inventory score, patient satisfaction, and the recovery of opioid adverse reactions after surgery.SPSS16.0 statistical software is employed for the analysis of t-test,variance and chi square test on relevant data. When the value of P was less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Results:General situation: Among 30 patients,13 males and 17 females were included in the observation group with a mean age(14.63±3.36)years old.For the control group, there were 11 males and 19 females with an average age(15.07±2.15)years old. There was no statistical difference in gender, age, culture degree difference etc.(P>0.05).The results showed: ?The each time point VAS score of the patients in the observation group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).? The patient satisfaction with analgesia project at postoperative three day in observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).?the observation group and the control group in the preoperative S-AI score, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The two groups in postoperative 36 h scores of anxiety, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group in the preoperative and postoperative 36 h scores of anxiety,no statistical difference significance(P>0.05).The patients in the observation group of 36 h score was lower than that before surgery, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The first exercise time and the hospitalization time of the observation group was earlier than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)The observation group of adverse reactions occurred 5 cases(16.67%),the control group of those were 10 cases(33.33%),the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multimodal analgesia method with nurses as the main role can effectively alleviate the postoperative pain of scoliosis patients, improve patient satisfaction of analgesia, optimize the quality of nursing service, reduce anxiety and mental pressure of patients in a certain extent;shorten the hospitalization time, accelerate functional exercise, reduce adverse reactions for patients, and fast recovery.
