The Study On The Construction Of Intraoperative Nursing Risk Assessment Index System In Orthopedic Surgery Patients

Objective:(1)The retrospective investigation of nursing adverse events in a top three hospital operating room for four years provides the basis for the preliminary construction of intraoperative care risk assessment index system.(2)The clinical research on the cognition and influencing factors in five top three hospitals provides the basis for the further improvement of the index system.(3)Based on the survey above two aspects,combined with domestic and foreign literature and guidelines,the intraoperative care risk assessment index system can provides theoretical basis for orthopedic surgery patients with early management of risk management and intervention management,improve patient’ safety.Methods:This study is guided by 2017 ten safety goals with patients,combine with literature analysis,questionnaire survey,Delphi expert consultation method(Delphi method),analytic hierarchy process to determined the index and weight.Results:The intraoperative risk assessment index includes 10 primary indicators,35 secondary indexes and 82 grade three indicators which us agreed after two rounds of expert consultation,the enthusiasm of the experts was 100%,and the authoritative degree coefficient is calculated as 0.83.The first index of the evaluation index system covers 10 nursing risks that may be encountered during orthopedic surgery,surgery,including fall beds,missed surgery,transfusion medication defects,fluid exudation and phlebitis,pressure sore,orthopedic nerve injury,specimen management defects,electrical surgical equipment burns,surgical items left in the body,intraoperative low body temperature.The evaluation index system ca guide the nurses t assess,identify and interfere with the risk of intraoperative care in orthopedic surgery patients.Conclusion:On the basis of literature analysis and current situation investigation method,the intraoperative nursing risk assessment index system of orthopedic patients developed by Delphi expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process is more comprehensive and has a higher scientific.Help the 0perating room nurses identify the nursing risk and do the intervention management,improve the safety of orthopedic surgery patients.
