1.Objectives(1)To investigate the risk factors associated with the development of Levdopa-Induced-Dyskinesia(LID).(2)To probe into the effects of partial 5-HT1 A agonist tandospirone citrate in patients with LID.2.Methods(1)133 patients with Parkinson’s Disease were recruited in this study to investigate risk factors associated with the development Levdopa-Induced-Dyskinesia.Patients were assessed with the following items:basic information, habbits, medical history and so on,had UPDRS score and H-Y stage determined.Patients were divided into dyskinesia(DK)group and nondyskinesia(NDK)group to explore the difference between patients with/without dyskinesia.Furthermore,we also payed more attention to the effect of L-dopa dose and age at PD onset.(2)30 PD patients with LID underwent a 6-week study to evaluate the effect of tandospirone citrate.partial 5-HT1 A agonist, tandospirone citrate, given orally at 10 mg three times daily to 30 patients with dyskinesia, other anti-parkinsonian drugs remained unchange. All had UPDRS scores and LID scores determined before and after 6-week treatment.3.Result133 patients with Parkinson’s Disease(PD)enrolled this study,60 patients with Levdopa-Induced-Dyskinesia(LID)into Dyskinesia(DK)group,73 patients without LID entered Nondyskinesia(NDK)group.Patients in DK group were younger age at onset, lower weight, taking higher dosage of levodopa, longer duration of Levodopa treatment and course of PD,the difference is statistical significant(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression revealed that the significant risk factors for dyskinesia were longer course of PD(OR=1.48,P<0.001),higher L-dopa dose per kilogram body weight(OR=1.58,P=0.003),taking piribedil(OR=4.25,P=0.004).The partial 5-HT1 A agonist tandospirone citrate can improved levdopa-induced-dyskinesia,as well as UPDRS score.4.Conclusion(1)The risk factors associated with the development of levodopa-induced-dyskinesia were higher dose of levdopa, higher levdopa dose per kilogram body weight, longer course of PD and duration of levdopa treatment, taking piribedil.(2)The partial 5-HT1 A agonist tandospirone citrate can improve levodopa-induced-dyskinesia,without deteriorating parkinsonian severity.
