Objective: The purpose of this paper is to use scannable impression coping fast making implant-supported cap restorations,and observe its clinical curative effect.Methods: In this paper,the clinical cases were posterior teeth missed after implantation and three months of follow-up,through intraoral scanning,the combined application of SIC and computer aided design / computer aided manufacturing,chair side rapid production of all porcelain crown repair,the evaluation of clinical efficacy of 1 years in accordance with the standards of the United States Public Health Service improvement and implant success standard.Results: The results in review showed that implant without mobility;implant and the surrounding without through shadow;bone and tissue around implant stable without absorption;no pain symptoms.There were no undesirable effects such as fall off,fracture,and cleavage occurred.Clinical indexes had up to A class.Conclusion: Better clinical effect can be achieved in postrior implant-supported zirconia crown by using scannable impression coping technology.This technique provides an easy precise and less time-consuming treatment workflow,but the long-term follow-up result still had to be further observed.
