Interventional Therapy’s Curative Effect In The Treatment Of Iliac Vein Compression Syndrome

Objective: Retrospective analysis of vascular surgery through the intervention of the Iliac vein compression syndrome(IVCS)data of cases,to investigate the efficacy of the interventional treatment of IVCS,comparison analysis with pure balloon expansion and balloon expansion+ stenting method in the short-term curative effect of IVCS.Methods: Retrospective analysis from January 2015 to January 2016 in our vascular surgery through the intervention of the clinical data of 120 patients with IVCS.All cases are on the left side of the onset,35 cases of men,85 cases of women,,aged 27-75,the average age of 54.9 years,according to the treatment is divided into two groups,group A,87 underwent percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA),group B 33 routine PTA +carotid Stenting(PTA + Stenting),anticoagulant therapy for half a year and 1 year after treatment.Some cases with left lower limb varicose veins,in the second stage surgery.Record the preoperative(P0),A,B two groups in postoperative 1 month(P1),6months postoperatively(P6)and 12 months postoperatively(P12)iliac vein stricture,varicose veins,limb swelling,lower limb ulcer recurrence and symptoms of the number of cases,by comparing with chi-square test,calculate the P values,the statistical conclusion.Results: 1.The iliac vein restenosis,which P0,P1,P6 > 0.05,P12 < 0.05,suggesting that the iliac vein restenosis prevention postoperative period of 6 months before the curative effect of two groups have no obvious difference,but 12 months after surgery group B has more significant effect.2.The recurrence of varicose veins,which P0,P1,P6 > 0.05,P12 < 0.05,suggesting that in the control of postoperative recurrence of varicose veins during the first six months of the curative effect of two groups have no obvious difference,but 12 months after surgery group B has more significant effect.3.The limb swelling,which P0,P1,P6 > 0.05,P12 < 0.05,suggesting that with respect to alleviate limb swelling after the first six months of the curative effect of two groups have no obvious difference,but 12 months after surgery group B has more significant effect.4.The ulcer healing,including P0,P1,P6,P12 > 0.05,no statistical differences in promoting ulcer healing after 12 months the curative effect of two groups have no obvious difference.5.The body symptoms,including P0,P1,P6 > 0.05,P12 < 0.05,suggesting that in 6 months prior to alleviate limb symptoms after the curative effect of two groups have no obvious difference,but 12 months after surgery group B has more significant effect.Conclusions: Interventional therapy has good medium-term effect in the treatment of IVCS.PTA + Stenting compared with pure PTA in the treatment of IVCS,there was no significant difference within six months,while the former is more significant of the curative effect after 12 months.
