Objective Nano-zinc oxide is a new generation of photocatalytic antibacterial materials,but because of its own existence some defects can not be widely used.In this study,the ability of hydroxyl radicals was enhanced by single and double doping methods and the addition of surfactants,and the photocatalytic and antimicrobial ability were improved.Method The dopant nano-zinc oxide was prepared by coprecipitation method.The samples with different particle size were prepared by changing the concentration of the precipitant and the experimental conditions were optimized,the two kinds of anionic surfactants SDBS and PAAS were dispersed.By the special electronic structure of nanometer zinc oxide,its antibacterial activity stems mainly from its can produce hydroxyl radicals,so this article has established the uv-vis spectrophotometry and fluorescence spectrophotometry indirectly to disperse after processing of doped nano-zno on the content of hydroxyl radicals generated during the test.At the same time,the dispersed after processing of doped nanometer zinc oxide is used to detect the photocatalytic properties and the antimicrobial properties,comparing doped with different ways and different surfactants used in its influence on its performance.Results The appropriate reduction in the concentration of precipitants favors the formation of smaller particle size samples;double doped nano-zinc oxide will produce more hydroxyl radicals and photocatalytic and antibacterial stronger;PAAS dispersion treatment of nano-zinc oxide will produce More hydroxyl radicals and more photocatalytic and antibacterial.conclusion Double-doped nano-zinc oxide photocatalytic performance and antibacterial stronger,and after the dispersion treatment of PAAS surfactant,the excellent performance of the PAAS surfactant will be well given,and it will provide a broad prospect for its application in all aspects.The method of free detection of free radicals provides a new idea for free radicals in clinical and laboratory tests.
