| Objective:Evidence-based medical evidence, unhealthy lifestyles, including unhealthy dietary structure, lack of physical activity, irregular diet, smoking, drinking and chronic metabolic diseases are closely related. This study investigated the intake of sugar-sweetened beverage, the amount of exercise and sleep quality in healthy people,to explore the impact of unhealthy lifestyle on the relevant metabolic index.Method: 1.We selected a total of 1,000 cases of physical examination of the crowd in Tianjin Medical University General Hospital and the People’s Liberation Army 254 Hospital Health Examination Center.Age of election is 18-65 years. After obtaining informed consent, issued a self-designed lifestyle questionnaire.2.Record the following information for the subject:(1)Using the questionnaire survey:collection includes the intake of sugar-sweetened beverages, exercise style, sleep quality, past history of illness and of medication for the study object.(2)Demographic data:sex, age, course, waist, hip, height, weight,WHR and body mass index(BMI)were calculated.(3)Laboratory parameters:white blood cell(WBC)count, fasting plasma glucose(FPG),serum uric acid(SUA),albumin(ALB),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartatetransaminase(AST),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-c),total cholesterol(CHO),etc.3.Grouping:(1)According to the age:18 to 45-year-old group,45 to 60-year-old group,60 to 65-year-old group;(2)According to the intake of sugar-sweetened beverages, these subjects were divided into three groups:non-intake group,low-intake group and high-intake group;(3)According to the amount of exercise:low exercise group, medium exercise group, high exercise group;(4)According to sleep quality:better group, general group, poor group.4.Statistical method:We use SPSS21.0 statistical software for analysis,The calculation and analysis of the relevant factors of the occurrence of related metabolic diseases used binary logistic regression.A p value <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: 1.A total of 962 questionnaires were collected in this survey, the average age of the survey population was 46.3±12.2,including 531 men and 431 women.2.Sugar-sweetened beverages intake:the consumption of sugary beverages was statistically significant between the different sexes(P<0.0001).Male intake of sugar-sweetened is much higher than women, people over the age of 45 years drinking sugar far more than the high age group.3.Intake of sugar-sweetened and chronic metabolic diseases and their related indexes:Compared with the non-drink group, the prevalence rates of fatty liver is slightly higher,BMI,WC,SBP,SUA were significantly increased in low-intake group; And high-intake group showed higher prevalence rates in hyperuricemia, hyperlipidemia, fatty liver disease and obesity,CHO,TP,ALT and GGT were significantly higher than those in the non-drink group, statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Compared with low exercise intensity,The prevalence of diabetes, hyperuricemia, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, and fatty liver and BMI,waist circumference,SBP,TG,ALT,AST were reduced in moderate exercise intensity, statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with moderate exercise intensity group, the prevalence of hyperuricemia, hyperlipidemia and hypertension were reduced in high exercise intensity group. And BMI,WC,PLT,ALT,AST,GGT,SUA were reduced, statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Compared with the well-sleep group, the prevalence of diabetes, hyperuricemia, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, fatty liver were increased;and BMI,WC,FPG,CHO,ALT,AST,GGT,SUA were increased, statistically significant(P<0.001).Compared with the general group, the prevalence of diabetes, hyperuricemia, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, fatty liver were increased;and BMI,WC,FPG,CHO,ALT,AST,GGT,SUA were increased in sleep poor group, statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Sleep quality is a risk factor for diabetes and hypertension.Relative to low exercise intensity, the risk of fatty liver is reduced and has a protective effect in moderate exercise intensity. Conclusion:Increased the intake of sugar-sweetened beverage, lack of exercise, decreased sleep quality, etc. It is closly related to the risk of the disease of obesity, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, diabetes, hyperuricemia and so on.The quality of sleep is particularly relevant to the risk of illness. On the basis of controlling the intake of sugar-sweetened beverage and rational movement, more should improve the quality of sleep,in order to better control the occurrence and development of metabolic diseases. |
