| ObjectiveTo study the correlation between serum systatin C(Cys C),chromaffingrain protein A(Cg A),1ipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)and the ventricular remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods128cases of hospitalized CHF patients, with 36 cases in NYHA class II,43 cases in NYHA class III,49 cases in NYHA class IV and 45 cases normal physical examination as control.Measuring serum,CgA CysC,Lp-PLA2,NT-proBNP,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left diameter atrial(LAD),left end-diastolic ventricular diameter(LVEDD),left end-diastolic ventricular volume(LVEDV),left mass ventricular index(LVMI)by echocardiography.Results1.The levels of Cys C,CgA,Lp-PLA2,LVMI,LVEDD and NT-proBNP were higher in CHF patients than normal control group.2.In three groups of heart failure patients, the levels of Cys C,CgA,Lp-PLA2,LVMI,LVEDD and NT-proBNP were higher in patients with higher NYHA cardiac function classification.LVEF however is quite opposite.3.In three groups of heart failure patients, the serum Cys C is positive correlation with NT-proBNP,LVMI,LVEDD,the serum Cys C is negative correlation with LVEF,and the difference is statistically significant;Chromaffin granule protein A is positive correlation with NT-proBNP,LVMI,LVEDD,Chromaffin granule protein A is negative correlation with LVEF,and the difference is statistically significant;Lipoprotein related phospholipid enzyme A2 is positive correlation with NT-proBNP,LVMI,LVEDD,Lipoprotein related phospholipid enzyme A2 is negative correlation with LVEF,and the difference is statistically significant; There was still a correlation between the subjects’ heart function, gender and age.Conclusion1.The levels of CysC,CgA and Lp-PLA2 were higher in patients with CHF,there is some value in predicting heart failure;2.With the aggravation of heart failure, increased CysC,CgA and Lp-PLA2 levels,is associated with the severity of heart failure.3.CysC,CgA and Lp-PLA2 levels are associated with ventricular remodeling in patients with heart failure, and they can be used as a reference index to evaluate the severity of left ventricular remodeling. |
