| Objective:China is the world’s first tobacco country, there are hundreds of thousands of tobacco operations plus operations staff.Tobacco factory workplace occupational hazards are more complex, can have a certain degree of impact on the health of workers, including dust and noise.A 2011 survey Tobacco Factory province--2013 Occupational Health Laboratory worker status and health inspection reports, test results for statistical analysis,to discuss specific hazards of dust and noise generated by exposure to workers, the workers raise awareness of occupational health,to promote the development of occupational health work.method:In this study,316 workers were interviewed by a c tobacco factory in Jilin Province from 20 to 60 years old to contact occupational hazards.Investigate workers’ operating environment(silk workshop, bag workshop, power workshop, mouth bar workshop, craft quality department and cars team)exposure to noise and dust. The basic information of the investigators, including sex, age, department, type of work, occupational hazards, length of service, degree of education and marital status, and the health status of workers(including routine examination, blood pressure, blood glucose, liver function, electrocardiogram, pulmonary function tests, electrical audiometry, etc.)The general characteristics of the subjects were described by descriptive statistical methods. The risk factors of lung function impairment were observed by variance analysis,chi-square test and logistic regression.Result:1.In this study,314 tobacco plant operators were surveyed,Only seventy-nine workers were exposed to noise, and only 75 were exposed to smoke and smoke, while 160 were exposed to both.Among them,328 males(69.3)and 146 females(30.7%)were male. The average age of the subjects was 42.09 ± 9.12 years.2.Exposure to noise of workers’ average age is(41.86±9.50),exposure to smoke of workers’ average age was(48.05±4.85),the average age of workers on exposure to noise and soot is(39.42±9.19)years of age, three groups of workers age difference was statistically significant(F=26.630,P<0.001).3.The noise of the 239 loci was monitored by noise, and the noise rate was 63.1%,followed by 48.4% of the silk workshop and 30.4% of the power shop. The quality of the workshop and the workshop were There was no noise in the team;the differences between the departmental departments were statistically significant(χ2 = 64.592,P <0.001).(84.51 ± 3.06),the average noise at the process quality is the lowest(75.80 ± 0.00).4.Point of 235 sectors of different workshops dust monitor wrapping workshop exceeding the highest rate(60.0%),followed by silk workshop(17.9%);power plant(6.4%);Drag nozzle bar(3.1%).The quality of the process of dust concentration all normal.Dust exceeded the rate of various departments through the test the difference was statistically significant(χ2 = 46.688,P <0.001).5.The proportion of hearing loss decreased by 19.9% for noise workers and 11.9% for dust workers. There was a significant difference between the two groups(χ2 = 5.678,P = 0.017).The abnormality rate of lung function was 12.8%,which was higher than that of noise(5.8%).There was significant difference between the two groups(χ2 = 6.864,P = 0.009).6.Multivariate unconditional Logistic regression results show that noise exposure to noise is related to noise intensity and gender, and the risk of hearing loss when the noise intensity exceeds 85 d B(A)is less than 75 d B(A)Staff were 4.64 times(P = 0.006);male hearing impairment risk was 4.26 times(P = 0.020)for female.7.Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of lung function loss was related to the concentration of dust and age,and the risk of impaired lung function was 7.32 times higher than that of normal staff with dust concentration(P = 0.001);the risk of impaired lung function in older people was 1.18-fold(P = 0.033).in conclusion:1.Noise contact with the staff compared with the dust contact operators, noise exposure to the work of hearing loss is serious, dust contact workers lung function abnormalities;2.Noise exposure to hearing loss is related to noise intensity and gender;3.Dust operation personnel lung function loss is related to dust concentration and age. |
