| With the development of economy,people pay more and more attention to their own health,medical monitoring equipment has been widely applied.Medical monitoring equipment used to monitor the physiological parameters of patients,and made a great contribution to the development of medical and health enterprises.At the same time it also was accompanied by many problems,the first problem is that medical monitoring equipment is usually bulky and cumbersome.Using Monitoring equipment as the carrier,to transmit the physiological parameters of patients is particularly difficult.Secondly,the data of monitoring equipment shown is always dynamically changing,usually without focus,and information scattered,therefor it is not conducive to clinical analysis.Finally,large medical institutions usually use a lot of monitoring equipment,that the management becomes very troublesome,which will consume a lot of manpower and material resources.Urgently an effective measure is needed to solve the current problems of monitoring industry.Aiming at the above problems,and the current situation of health care industry development,this paper has designed a distributed monitoring report and management subsystem.Firstly,using the central station centralized management of bedside monitor.Secondly,the physiological parameters of patients,is organized into different reports.Finally,the report is printed by real or virtual printer.It is by paper or electronic document as the carrier,that the static presentation can be used by medical staff.This system finally completes the configuration management,patient management,central station and multi-bed management,report printing’s function.The configuration management includes configuration modification,storage,loading and deleting.The patient management includes the patient on the line,the patient off the line,and the patient’s information edited.The central station multi-bed management includes equipment query,online,offline and information synchronized between devices.The report contains ECG report,real time report,trend graphic report and so on.Then based on the specific report on the completion of the development,and increase the printer settings,remote printing,timing printing,end case printing,the report queue management function.In order to complete the function of the system and improve the system performance,this paper also puts forward the design platform at first.The design of the application layer protocol and event mechanism,as asystem bus and two bus,to complete the interaction between each component of the system.Secondly,this paper defines a set of drawing command typesetting file.The printing client program,Based on the original data,will take a series of transformation,according to the user set using three order spline interpolating the method of curve fitting,increase curve drawing,the generated file sent to the printing service program.The printing service program,according to user settings and platform differences,analyze the layout file,and use the grating line drawing algorithm,Bresenham algorithm,generating raster data file parsing will be typeset,or call the Windows GDI drawing.The final report by the printer,or generate PDF files for network storage.Finally,in order to coordinate the printer speed,increase the report queue buffer mechanism,printing process of the report was designed.To sum up this system has been widely used in the major domestic and foreign medical institutions to solve many problems of the current medical care industry,improving the efficiency of the use of medical monitoring equipment,and brings great convenience to the medical institutions,and got a good user feedback. |
