Objective: the research contents of this topic belong to the internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine field of respiratory system,by observing the clinical effect of single symptoms of lung intractable cough certification(hot cough),one of the objective is to study the clinical curative effect of the drug;the other is to study the primary symptom of disease treatment,improve the plan of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment,in order to guide the clinicalMethods: select in accordance with the set of conditions of 72 patients with pulmonary resistance from January 2016 to December 2016 from pulmonary disease of ChangChun University of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital professor tan Wang.According to the principle of random grouping to divide them into observation group and control group,each group of 36 cases.Between the two groups in gender,age,course of the disease,cough symptoms integral no difference after statistics processing,comparable.Observation group to qing stasis phlegm decoction,the control group to Asmeton,treatment 1 weeks.By observing clinical symptoms before and after the treatment,and finally to use statistics to deal with all the points.Results:Two groups of drugs to lung bi(hot in intractable chronic cough cough)all have certain curative effect.Cough degree of curative effect comparison: treatment group total effectiveness 77.8%,control group total effective rate 55.6%,by the X2 test,P = 0.040,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Comparative effectiveness of syndromes:observation group total effectiveness 58.3%,control group total effective rate 36.1%,by the rank and inspection,P = 0.036,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Observation group(qing stasis phlegm decoction)in improving lung intractable cough(hot cough)certification is better than that in control group(Asmeton).Conclusion: Lung bi(hot in intractable chronic cough cough)single clinical symptoms,of heat from the phlegm and blood stasis cementation,bi knot in the lungs,to heat phlegm,fights the method of eliminating stasis,application of clear dampness and phlegm decoction curative effect,without any side effects.
