| Objective:Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)was the most common type of arteriosclerosis leading to organ disease.Coronary intervention has opened up a new approach to coronary heart disease treatment. It was necessary to comprehensively understand the prognosis of patients with coronary artery stenting and improve the quality of life with the development of coronary intervention,it was necessary to fully evaluate the impact of various factors on the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:104 patients with coronary stent implantation of the department of cardiology from January 2015 to December 2016 in Qiqihar medical college were chosen. They were divided into two groups by using a prospective study and according to the treatment area, one treatment area for rehabilitation(rehabilitation group,52 cases),no rehabilitation treatment in the second treatment area(control group,52 cases). To collect the basic information of age, sex, and others and observe the changes of indicators of cardiac function(BNP,EF)and biochemical(triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein)for patients with coronary stent coronary heart disease before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,1month after treatment and 3 months after treatment and compare the two groups of patients at different time walk distance test(self-perceived exertion severity,6-MWD)situation evaluation two groups of different patients recovery.Results:1.Comparison of cardiac function indicators The difference of the level of BNP in the two groups were statistically significant at different time points(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of BNP between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).The difference of the level of BNP were statistically significant in 2 weeks after operation,1 month and 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The difference of levels of BNP for two groups was statistically significant at different time points(P<0.05).The difference of the levels of BNP in both groups was statistically significant between the two groups for before-2 weeks after operation,before-1 month after operation,before-3 months after operation,2 weeks-1 month after operation, after operation,2 weeks-3month after operation,1 month-3month after operation the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of BNP for preoperative rehabilitation group was lower than that of control group, and the levels of BNP for rehabilitation group was higher than that of control group at 2weeks after operation,1 month and 3 months after operation.2.Comparison of sports effect index The difference of the scores of Borg and6-MWD were significantly different between two groups before,2 weeks after operation,1 month after operation and 3 months after operation, and was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of the scores of Borg and 6-MWD were significantly different between two groups for pairs at different time points were significantly different in the rehabilitation group and the control group(P< 0.05).3.Comparison of biochemical indicators The difference of the blood glucose level in two groups were statistically significant at different time points(P< 0.05).The difference of the blood glucose level in two groups was statistically significant at different time points(P< 0.05).The level of blood glucose in the rehabilitation group was lower than in the control group at different time points. The difference of the levels of triglyceride in the two groups were statistically significant at different time points(P<0.05).The difference of triglyceride for two groups of patients at different time points of levels were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of triglyceride in the rehabilitation group was higher than that in the control group at 2 weeks after operation and 1 month after operation, and the level of triglyceride in the rehabilitation group was lower than that in the control group in the 3 months after operation. The levels of total cholesterol in the two groups were statistically significant at different time points(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol in two groups were statistically significant at different time points(P<0.05).The level of total cholesterol in the preoperative rehabilitation group was higher than that in the control group, and the level of total cholesterol in the rehabilitation group at 2 weeks after operation,1 month after operation and 3 months after operation was lower than of the control group. The difference of the level of high-density lipoprotein werestatistically significant at different time points(P<0.05).But the level of the high density lipoprotein in control group had no statistical significance(P< 0.05)at different time points. The level of the high density lipoprotein in the preoperative rehabilitation group was lower than that in the control group, and the high density lipoprotein level in the rehabilitation group at 2 weeks after operation,1 month after operation and 3 months after operation was higher than the control group. The difference of the level of the low density lipoprotein level in two groups at different time points was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of the low density lipoprotein in rehabilitation group were statistically significant at different time points(P<0.05).The difference of the level of low density lipoprotein for the control group was was statistically significant only preoperative-postoperative 3 months,2weeks-3 months after operation and 1 month after operation(P<0.05).The level of the density lipoprotein in the rehabilitation group was higher than in the control group at each time point, except the low density lipoprotein level in the rehabilitation group was lower than in the control group at 3 months after operation.Conclusion:1.Cardiac rehabilitation treatment can improve heart function in patients with treatment after coronary stent.2.Cardiac rehabilitation can improve the endurance of patients after coronary stenting.3.Cardiac rehabilitation can effectively improve the biochemical parameters of patients after coronary artery stenting. |
