Background:Hypertension with pulmonary hypertension is very common, whereas those of clinical characteristics and related risk factors are undefined.Finding the influence factors of patients with hypertension with pulmonary hypertension is important for early prevention and treatment of this disease. Objectives:To discuss clinical features and related risk factors in patients of hypertension with pulmonary hypertension, provides the theory basis for early intervention of disease. Methods:Collecting of patients' medical records in Cardiovascular internal medicine of our hospital in June 2014-in October 2016.With exclusion criteria,as echocardiogram report, patients are defined as group of hypertension with pulmonary hypertension with PASP?25mmHg,the rest are defined as group of hypertension, each group contains 200 examples.Comparing all patients' clinical characteristics, laboratory and echocardiogram index and related risk factors.Using Logistic regression analysis the influence factors of hypertension with pulmonary hypertension.Result:Patients' average age was slight older in the group with pulmonary hypertension than control group(67.3 ±12.3 years vs 59.7 ±11.8 years,p<0.05).In the pulmonary hypertension group, there was more female(122 examples(61.0%)vs 97 examples(48.5%),p<0.05)and patients with the course of hypertension which above 4 years more than control group(5-9years,12-21years,22-60years,p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the history of diabetes and coronary heart disease among the 2 groups.Patients in group of pulmonary hypertension with slight high level of cholesterol(4.61 ± 0.97mmol/L vs 4.37±0.95mmol/L)and red blood cell distribution(42.64 ± 3.08fL vs 41.85 ± 2.67fL)width compared with control group(,p<0.05).at the same time, patients had large left atrium in the pulmonary hypertension(3.86 ± 0.49cm vs 3.76 ± 0.41cm,p<0.05).According to Logistic regression analysis,it shows that elderly, long progress of hypertension, high level of cholesterol and TG/HDL-C ratio slightly associate with pulmonary hypertension. Conclusions:Comparing with patients of hypertension, pulmonary hypertension patients are older, female, has long progress of hypertension. These person have high level of cholesterol and TG/HDL ratio, large left atrium.
