Purpose:The method of proteomics was used to analyze the proteomic expression of the plasma protein before and after treatment,and the target and pathway were explored.The functional mechanism of the particles was described from the molecular level.And then use the modern scientific theory to interpret the essential meaning of the theory.Method:1.A randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled trial was conducted.Patients with acute coronary syndromes who were treated in our hospital were randomly assigned to 60 numbers(drug number),Divided into the former group,Western medicine group,Chinese and Western medicine group of 30 cases.Another normal group: 30 cases.Chinese and Western medicine group: conventional treatment of traditional Chinese medicine plus served red Tongluo particles.Western medicine group: Western medicine routine treatment plus placebo.2.The differential protein spots were screened by two-way fluorescence differential gel electrophoresis(p <0.05).The differential protein spots were identified and analyzed by mass spectrometry.Result:1.Acute coronary syndrome patients,accounting for about 90.0% of the blood stasis type;belongs to the type of qi deficiency type accounted for about 72.3%;belong to the phlegm type about 45.4%;belongs to the qi stagnation of about 42.3%;Type accounted for about 26.2%;belong to the yin deficiency type of about 19.2%;belongs to the condensate type of about 9.2%.2.The samples of the former group,the western medicine group,the Chinese medicine group and the normal group were analyzed and identified by mass spectrometry.It can be seen that in the differential protein spots(P <0.05),the protein was identified by mass spectrometry,and the significant differences in protein spots were immunoglobulin,fibrinogen,granzyme,cell surface glycoprotein CD44 SP,retinol binding protein 4 Apolipoprotein E,Apolipoprotein A-1,CD5 antigen-like precursor,Haptoglobin,plasma Serum Albumin,complement factor C4,keratin,vitamin D binding protein,heme binding protein,kininogen.Conclusion:The proteomics research method was used to find the protein spots of serum,and the differential protein spots were identified and analyzed.These differential syndromes associated with acute coronary syndromes are mainly involved in lipid metabolism,inflammatory response and oxidative damage and other processes leading to the occurrence of atherosclerosis,and ultimately lead to the occurrence of acute coronary syndrome.At the same time,is the main role of the treatment of the disease.
