Clinical Research Of Zhongfeng Huatan Tongluo Free Decoction In The Treatment Of Vascular Mild Cognitive Impairment (Syndrome Of Intermingled Phlegm And Blood Stasis)

Objective:Observation the index of curative effect on Vascular mild cognitive impairment(syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis).Methods:Filter conform to the conditions of 72 patients with Vascular mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction(syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis)from jilin province Chinese medicine hospital of cerebral infarction,were randomly divided into treatment group and contrast group,36 cases in each group,the treatment group given Zhongfeng huatan tongluo free decoction,the contrast group given Nimodipine Tablets.Recorded index of curative effect on before and after treatment Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),Instrumental daily life activities ability scale(IADL)and Syndrome differentiation scale of Vascular mild cognitive impairment,application SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.After treatment,the treatment group before the MoCA averages are improved obviously,the treatment group can improve cognitive function in patients.IADL scores were decreased in both groups,suggests that the treatment group and control group in the daily life ability were improved to a certain extent.Syndrome differentiation scale of Vascular mild cognitive impairment score two group were decreased,the two groups of treatment for patients with phlegm and blood stasis and symptoms were eased,but the treatment group(IADL and Syndrome differentiation scale of Vascular mild cognitive impairment)were more significantly than control group;2.Compare two groups,the treatment group patients of MoCA,IADL and Syndrome differentiation scale of Vascular mild cognitive impairment compared before and after treatment,P < 0.05,statistically significant,the treatment group of patients in the cognitive level,daily life ability,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of TCM were improved,suggested that Zhongfeng huatan tongluo free decoction for patients with Vascular mild cognitive impairment(syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis)effectively,and can improve patients cognitive level;3.After treatment,the curative effect evaluation and memory of the treatment group total effectiveness 77.14%,the clinical curative effect of TCM for determining total effective rate 82.86%,the treatment group was better than control group.two groups of MoCA,the curative effect evaluation and memory,the clinical curative effect of TCM,p < 0.01,which significant difference,the treatment group was better than control group,Zhongfeng huatan tongluo free decoction can improve patients cognitive level,and has obvious advantages on Nimodipine Tablets.Conclusion: On the Zhongfeng huatan tongluo free decoction a positive role in improving Vascular mild cognitive impairment(syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis),can improve the patients’ cognitive level,daily life ability,and effectively relieve patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of TCM,ultimately could improve cognitive level.
