Purpose: The study consists of two parts,the first part we observed 212 cases of in patients with atrial premature beats to syndrome survey study,explaining the distribution of syndrome,To some extent,provide dialectical evidence and treatment direction to clinical.The second part XiFengZhiJi decoctions treat frequent atrial premature beats,random and contrast study.evaluation the effectiveness and safety.Method: clinical survey study uses cross sectional survey method,collect data of 212 cases of in patients with atrial premature beats,fill out the syndrome questionnaire,establish a databases,use statistics related knowledge,to data znalysis,taking a randomized controlled clinical trails of method,72 patients who include in the standard were randomly divided into two groups,the two groups were given basic treatments.Drugs for the treatment group is Succinic Acid Metoprolol Zyban and XiFengZhiJi decoctions,the control group use uccinic Acid Metoprolol Zyban and Metacentric Particles,tutorial 4 weeks,follow-up of 12 weeks,compared to two groups of patients with TCM syndrome integral,dynamic ecg changes,the quality of life scale,statistical analysis os the data evalution extinguish wind to chenk the effectiveness and satety of nervous soup.Result: Epidemiological survey found that the disease in the majority with older patients,men and women in all ages,duration period of no difference on the distribut ion.The symptoms of the syndrome are qi deficiency+blood deficiency+blood stasisy+qi stasis and qi deficiency+blood deficiency+blood stasis+phplgm turbidity,The combination of syndromes of female patients is qi deficiency+blood deficiency+blood stasis+qi stasis,the combition of syndrome of male patient is qi deficiency+blood deficiency+blood stasis+phplgm turbidity.The single syndrome factor is highest in blood stasis、qi deficiency、qi stasis、blood stasis、phplgm turbidity.The single virtual syndrome factor is highest in the qi and blood deficiency,the single solid syndrome factor is the large in terms of blood stasis、qi stasis、phplgm turbidity.The combination of the actual syndrome factor was the highest in blood stasis+phplgm turbidity、blood stasis+ qi stasis.The virtual syndrome factor combination is the largest in the qi and blood deficiency.The disease is mainly centered on the heart and then the spleen liver and kidney.Clinical trials found that the treatment group of symptoms improved better than that of control group,the difference was statis tically significant.(P<0.05)Treatment group 24 hours atrial premature beats number has no obvious difference with control guoup,without statistical significance.(P>0.05)The treatment group,to improve the quality of life is better than the control group,the difference was statis tically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion: The symptoms of pre-housing contraction are seen in the blood deficiency、qi deficiency、blood stasis 、phplgm turbidity、qi stasis,based on deficiency of qi and blood,with blood stasis 、phplgm turbidity、qi stasis as standard.The disease is mainly centered on the heart and then the spleen liver and kidney.Checking out Xi FengZhiJi decoctions treatment artial premature beats had obvious curative effect and good security.
