Clinical Studies Of The Yiqiguben Capsule To Acute Child Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection In Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency Of The Lung And Spleen

Purpose: By observing the clinical symptoms and the improvement of the incidence of the susceptible children after taking Yiqiguben capsule,objective to evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection.Method: 100 children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups.In the treatment group,50 cases were treated with Yiqiguben capsule and the control group,50 cases were treated with Huaiqihuang grain.The two groups course of the treatment is 30 days.After the end of the 1 course of treatment,the curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome was evaluated by observing the improvement of clinical symptoms of two groups of children.Then every 2 months follow up 1 times.After followed up for 1 years,curative effect of the disease was evaluated by observing the improvement of incidence of disease,course of disease and disease types.Result: The total effective rate of clinical symptoms of treatment group was 94%,the total effective rate of disease of treatment group was 96%,were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).And in improving the clinical symptoms of children such as poor appetite and diarrhea,are better than the control group(p<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in controlling the incidence of disease,shortening the course of disease and reducing the disease types(p<0.05).Conclusion: Yiqiguben capsule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,control of the disease,and were no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.It is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.
