| Objective To investigate the effect and safety of extensively hydrolyzed protein formula in preterm infants feeding,and to see if there is an advantage over standard preterm formula milk.Methods From January 2007 to December 2016 in the NICU Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Medical University Of Anhui(NICU)in 692 cases of premature infants in hospital as the research object,retrospective analysis.the gestational age was less than 33 weeks,weighing less than 2000 g,the admission age of less than 24 hours,without enteral feeding,meconium not more than 21 days and hospitalization time,except congenital digestive tract malformation,hereditary metabolic disease,chromosome abnormality and other serious congenital diseases.According to the different feeding mode is divided into the extensively hydrolyzed protein formula feeding group(n=327)and the standard preterm formula milk feeding group(n=365),two groups of children were admitted to hospital within 24 hours of intravenous nutrition,without asphyxia in 24 hours in milk,milk within 48 hours with severe asphyxia,administered by mouth or feed,two groups of milk were started with 20 ml/kg daily,every 3 hours,can be tolerated in the daily 20 ml/kg speed with milk.The extensively hydrolyzed protein formula feeding group,the extensively hydrolyzed protein formula milk after feeding liquid reached 150 m L/kg daily to equal the standard preterm formula milk to feed standard preterm formula milk group has been given the standard preterm formula milk feeding after hospitalization,stop the parenteral nutrition calories up to 110 kcal/kg from two premature infants during hospitalization.The data,including the feeding intolerance,reaching full enteral feeding time,the first time of meconium,the waiting time of meconium,and fecal occult blood are,whether intestinal infection or neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis in 3 weeks after admission,serum albumin level,time and duration of jaundice were retrospectively analyzed.Results The extensively hydrolyzed protein formula feeding group and standard preterm formula milk feeding group basic situation including gender,gestational age,birth weight,and nasogastric tube,mechanical ventilation,the use rate of prenatal hormone difference makes no sense(P>0.05),the first open milk time,meconium discharge time,occurrence time of jaundice.On the 1,2 weeks serum albumin level,the recovery time of birth weight differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05);extensively hydrolyzed protein formula milk group the incidence of feeding intolerance,intestinal infection rate,fecal occult blood positive rate and incidence of necrotizing enterocolitis were significantly lower than the standard preterm formula milk group(P < 0.05);extensively hydrolyzed protein formula milk group waiting time of meconium,reaching full enteral feeding time,duration of jaundice and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the standard preterm formula milk group(P < 0.05);Third Hospital the level of serum albumin in the weekly extensively hydrolyzed protein formula group was higher than that in the standard infant formula group(P<0.05).Conclusions The extensively hydrolyzed protein formula compared to the standard preterm formula milk can reduce the incidence of feeding intolerance in preterm infants and necrotizing enterocolitis,reduce intestinal complications,shorten the duration of jaundice in preterm infants,promote defecation earlier reach full enteral feeding,so as to shorten the time of parenteral nutrition,reduce the complications caused by intravenous nutrition,shorten the hospitalization time,compared with the standard premature formula milk has a significant advantage. |
