Periodical Literature Of Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Diarrhea In The Spectrum Research Of Optimization And Compatibility Of The Law

Purpose:Taking acupuncture and moxibustion as a starting point,this study has collected and reorganized several effective prescriptions in contemporary periodicals about acupuncture for treating diarrhea by applying data mining technology to seek the patterns of acupoint selection and compatibility and to establish optimal law spectrum.The purpose is to lay the foundation for the optimization and selection of acupoints in theory and clinical and to find a breakthrough to the research of acupuncture for treating diarrhea.Approach:This study has established a document database by collecting and reorganizing relevant documents on acupuncture and moxibustion for treating diarrhea after the founding of PRC.This study has also established a law spectrum of acupoints selection and optimization of acupoints compatibility and has accomplished analysis of the frequency of selecting acupoints,meridians,attributes,distribution and compatibility etc with data mining technology.Result:This study has collected 319 relevant prescriptions,including 14 meridians and 80 acupoints with the total frequency of 1484 times.Analytic result of the frequency of acupoints:the mostly frequently involved acupoints are Tianshu,Zusanli,Zhongwan,Shangjuxu,Sanyinjiao.Analytic result of the correlation of the meridians:the mostly frequently involved meridian is Zu Yangming.Analytic result of the correlation of body parts:the mostly frequently involved body parts are limbs,chest and abdomen.Analytic result of the correlation of specific acupoints:the mostly frequently involved acupoints are Wushu and Jiaohui.Conclusion:1、Selection of acupoints(1)Point choice,the common acupoints of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of diarrhea are:Tian Shu,Zusanli,Zhongwan,Shangjuxu.(2)Choice of meridians,to choose the foot-Yangming stomach meridian,ren channel and foot sun bladder meridian main.(3)The point of the point is local taking the main point.(4)Five-Shu points are the main points of particular points.2、Compatibility selection:The compatibility of acupoints is the main compatibility,The main points of the compatibility are:Tianshu and Zusanli,Zhongwan and Zusanli.
