[Objective]To explore the effects of doctor-nurse collaborated health education mode on the life quality of patients with chronic heart failure,to provide a more effective way of health education to improve the life quality of patients with chronic heart failure,and to offer a theoretical basis for the management of chronic diseases and health education.[Methods]120 patients with chronic heart failure from March 1st,2017 to July 1st,2017 in a major hospital Cardiovascular Ward 1 and Cardiovascular Ward 2 were selected.60 patients from ward 1 were regarded as the experimental group,and 60 patients from ward 2 were the control group.The control group received a routine health education,while the experimental group implemented the cooperative health education model of doctor and nurse,which conducted the health education jointly.The contents included:disease knowledge guidance,nutrition support,medication care,psychological counseling,daily life and exercise guidance,discharge education and telephone follow-up.The quality of life,anxiety as well as negative emotion,daily life function as well as the degree of heart failure,satisfaction rate at discharge and readmission rate in three months were compared between two groups.[Results](1)The two groups of patients both had high life quality scores when they were hospitalized,the score of the control group was 56.43±11.92,and the score of the experimental group was 56.34±10.87,the difference was not with a statistical significance(P>0.05).Three months after discharge from the hospital,the life quality scores of the control group and the experimental group were lower than that of before,the score of the control group was 40.21±8.96,and the score of the experimental group was 35.85±9.78,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);(2)Comparing two groups of patients with chronic heart failure's anxiety and negative emotions:Before intervention,the anxiety score of the control group was 3.05±0.44,and the negative mood score was 3.02 ± 0.45.The anxiety score of the experimental group was 3.00 ± 0.50,and the negative mood score was 2.93±0.37.After the intervention,two groups had a significant improvement on anxiety and negative mood scores,and compared between the two groups,the experimental group's anxiety and negative emotion scores were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety score of the control group was 1.96±0.50,and the negative mood score was 1.96±0.42.The anxiety score of the experimental group was 1.75±0.48,and the negative mood score was 1.68±0.47;(3)The LVE score,daily life function score and 6-minute walk distance results of patients were both quite low when first hospitalized,and the difference was not with a statistical significance(P>0.05).After three months of hospitalization,the results of the control group and experimental group were significantly improved,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);(4)The satisfaction rate comparison between two patient groups when they left the hospital:the satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was 85.32%,which was significantly higher than 67.86%in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);(5)The readmission rate in the experimental group within three months was 8.93%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(23.21%),and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The doctor-nurse collaborated health education mode can effectively improve the life quality of patients with chronic heart failure,which enhance the treatment compliance of patients,improve the negative emotions,promote disease rehabilitation,better meet the needs of health education for patients,elevate the quality of health education,lift the patients' satisfaction rate and reduce the readmission rate within three months.It is worthy of clinical application.
