Background and Objective: Orbital blowout fracture is not uncommon on clinical, which could lead to the damage of eyeball function and appearance. At present, surgeries are the main mode of treatment for fractures. The biggest challenge to the surgeon is not only need to fix functional disturbances but also need to fix esthetic disturbances. An improperly placed orbital floor implant could cause a remanent diplopia and enophthalmos. The most common problem among patients requiring surgical revision of a previously repaired orbital floor fracture is an improperly placed orbital floor implant. This article share a case of blowout inferior orbital wall which was reconstructed with support of video endoscopy and 3D printing technology in transconjunctival approach, and discusses the advantage of video endoscopy and 3D printing technology in the surgery. Methods: Report a case of blowout inferior orbital wall which was repaired by us with support of video endoscopy and 3D printing technology in transconjunctival approach.Retrospective analyze the patient’s clinical information, and access to the relevant literature for comprehensive analysis and discussion.Conclusion:3D printing combined with endoscope seems to be a useful method for recovery of blowout inferior orbital wall, the anatomic diaplasis could be reached, and esthetic disturbances could be fixed via it.
