| Objective:Through a survey of resilience, coping styles, and self-efficacy of patients with permanent colostomy, the status of resilience, coping styles, and self-efficacy of patients with permanent colostomy is known. To analyze the relationship between resilience, medical coping style, and self-efficacy in patients with permanent colostomy, and further explore the factors that affect the resilience,to provide a theoretical basis for improving the level of resilience of patients with permanent colostomy.Method:In this paper, convenient sampling method was used to investigate 153 cases of permanent colostomy patients who were followed up in three outpatient clinics in three Grade A hospitals in Nanchang. In this study,153 questionnaires were issued,148 were recovered and the recovery rate was 96.73%,and the effective questionnaire was 145,and the effective rate was 97.97%.The content of this research Questionnaire mainly includes: general information Questionnaire and Connor-Da vidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Stoma Self-Efficacy Scale,Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ).SPSS 21.0 was used for data entry and analysis.Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the status of resilience, medical coping styles, and self-efficacy in patients with permanent colostomy.Spearman correlation analysis was used to correlate resilience with self-efficacy and medical coping styles.Relationships were analyzed using t-test,Wilcoxon rank-sum test, analysis of variance,Kruskal-Wallis H test, and logistic regression model to analyze the effects of different demographic characteristics on the resilience of permanent colostomy patients.Results:1.The total score of resilience of permanent colostomy patients was(47.48±4.28)points,of which toughness,self-improvement,and optimism scored(24.79±2.62)points,(15.58±1.37)points,and(7.12±0.79)points.The medical coping style was divided into(47.48±1.51)points,and the three dimensions of facing, avoiding, and yielding were(20.86±0.93)points,(15.35±0.56)points,and(11.27±1.52)points.2.The total self-efficacy of permanent colostomy patients was(54.15±5.84)points,of which the two dimensions of stoma care self-efficacy and social function efficacy were(18.59±2.35)points and(23.50±1.91)points.In 6 separate entries, dietary selection efficacy, sex life efficiency, sexual satisfaction, the performance of heavy physical activity, vitality, and the effectiveness of colostomy were divided into(2.65±0.48),(1.37±0.49),(1.37±0.49),(2.24±0.49),(2.16±0.42)cent,(2.27±0.59).3.The differences in the resilience scores of patients with permanent colostomy were statistically significant in terms of culture, work status,self-care ability, stoma care self-efficacy,submission,avoidance(p<0.05).4.There was a positive correlation between resilience and each dimension of permanent colostomy patients and coping style and self-efficacy(P<0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between coping flexibility and coping flexibility(P<0.05).The total score of self-efficacy,efficacy of stoma care, and social function were positively correlated(P<0.05)and negatively correlated with the response to yield(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The resilience and self-care efficacy of the patients with permanent intestinal stoma were all in the middle and low level, among them the toughness dimension score was highest, the optimistic dimension score was the lowest, the social function efficiency score was higher than that of the oral care self-efficacy,the sexual life efficiency and the sexual life satisfaction efficiency score lowest.2.The factors influencing the resilience of permanent colostomy patients include: cultural level, working status,self-care ability, stoma care self-efficacy,submission,avoidance.3.There was a positive correlation between resilience and various dimensions of permanent colostomy patients with coping style and self-efficacy,negative correlation with yield response,it shows that stoma care self-efficacy,submission and avoidance are important predictors of psychological resilience.Paramedics should help patients adopt positive coping strategies to enhance their mental resilience and improve their quality of life. |
