ObjectiveTo improve the compliance of follow-up subjects, the influencing factors of parents’ follow-up of 0~2-year-old infants were investigated and analyzed according to the two-factor theory. The influencing factors were classified as "hygiene factors" and " motivator factors ",according to the different characteristics of the two types, and put forward some specific proposals of specific recommendations,to improve the follow-up work to provide a reference.Subjects and MethodsResearch Subjects:Subjects included the parents of 2-year-old infants and young children participate in a cohort follow-up from a 3-A-Class hospital during October 2016 to January 2017.Research methods:Using qualitative research and quantitative research methods.Among them, qualitative research using literature analysis and semi-structured interviews;quantitative research using questionnaire and statistical analysis.1.On the basis of literature analysis, the interview profile was designed, and the semi-structured interview method was used to obtain the depth of interview data of 25 subjects. The results were analyzed using Colaizzi7 step analysis method, refining influencing factors of parental follow-up compliance in infants and young children.2.On the basis of the influencing factors of the interview, the self-made questionnaire "influencing factors related to follow-up compliance in the cohort study population" was collected and the Cronbach’s α coefficient was 0.962,with a total of 26 entries, the load of each factor is higher than the minimum acceptable value of 0.3,the questionnaire has better reliability and reliability. The total of 305 subjects were selected for questionnaires. All quantitative data of the questionnaire survey was analyzed by SPSS 22.0,descriptive statistics were used to describe the data;and exploratory factor analysis of 0 to 2-year-old infants and young children follow-up compliance factors included in the classification;Univariate analysis(one-way ANOVA,independent sample t test)was used to analyze the influencing factors of parental follow-up of 0~2 years old.Results1.The theme of influencing factors such as 4 core subjects and several sub-themes were included in the following aspects: medical environment and medical treatment and medical services, traffic sense of convenience, the time-consuming factors of follow-up,follow the benefits of additional services.2.(1)The 26 entries of "influencing factors related to follow-up follow-up in the cohort study population" were divided into four factors, named as medical environment and medical treatment and medical services, the benefits of additional services, the time-consuming factors of follow-up,traffic sense of convenience.(2)The principal component analysis showed that the first four principal components of the cohort study of 0~2 years old infants with parental follow-up compliance could explain the variation of the original variable 73.077%.Among them, the variance contribution rate of principal component 1 is 30.319%,and the total variation is the largest.Among the four criteria, the score of factor 1 was the highest, which was 73.43 points. The scores of the factors 2,3,4 were close to 70.60 points,69.27 points and 70.87 points.(3)General demographic characteristics, only the only child and the degree of education have a difference in the choice of factor 1(P <0.05),but whether is the only child have significant difference in the choice for four factors(P <0.05).Conclusions1.In this study, the factors influencing the follow-up of infants and young children aged 0~2 in the birth cohort include four aspects, the medical environment and medical treatment and medical services, the time-consuming factors of follow-up,follow the benefits of additional services, traffic sense of convenience.2.From the perspective of two-factor theory, preliminary classification of influencing factors:the factor of medical environment and medical treatment and medical services is the hygiene factor to influence the compliance of the cohort study population;the factors of benefits of additional services, the time-consuming factors of follow-up,traffic sense of convenience are the motivator factors to influence the compliance of the cohort study population. |
