The Clinical Value Of TCT And HPV Detection In Cervical Lesion Screening

【AIM】Cervical cancer is one of the common gynecologic malignant tumor,Its incidence in women after breast cancer in malignant tumor,in the second,according to the Word Health Organisation.Cervical cancer threat to the women’s physical and mental health seriously.From Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)development cervical invasive cancer is a gradual process.So the cervical disease screening in early to inchoate discovery,incloate cure cervical cervical lesions and reduce the morbidity and mortality of cervical cancer is very important.At present,how to choose economic and effective methods of screening for cervical lesions in the early,so that make correct diagnosis of the cerical cancer,so as to reduce the incidence and the mortality of a disease is the focus of clinical research,and more and more attention by people.【OBJECTIVE】To evaluate the clinical value of TCT,HPV-DNA test in cervical disease of screening.To explore the relation between HPV genotyping and cervical lesions levels.And to explore the clinical value of HPV-DNA tests about shunting of cytology positive patients,the effect and prognosis.【METHODS】Collect 2460 cases from January 2016 to December 2016 in Taicang hospital outpatient whose results of TCT and HPV at least one abnormal,and they processed vaginal microscopically biopsy.Compare the TCT,HPV detection and histopathology results,to explore the clinical significance of TCT,HPV-DNA test in cervical disease of screening and study the relations between the cervical lesions and HPV infections.【RESULTS】 Ⅰ.HR-HPV infection rate increased with cytological and pathological diagnosis grade,the difference was significant.(P<0.05)Ⅱ.The specificity of TCT screening together is higher than that of HPV-DNA.Ⅲ.The specificity of screening together is higher than TCT or HPV singly.【CONCLUSIONS】Ⅰ.The sensitivity and negative value were significantly increased when TCT with combined HPV-DNA testing and it can reduce the risk of false negatives.Ⅱ.HPV-DNA typed is the best shunt method to the patients who had difficultly identify ASCUS.Ⅲ.Vaginal biospsy is the gold standar in the diagnosis of cervical disease,but they are not used in early screening.
