This thesis elaborated the studies on the chemical constituents of two plants,Solanum mammosum from Solanum and Amomum maximum from Zingiberaceae.Thirty-three compounds including four novel diarylheptanoids were isolated.Their structures were elucidated based on physic-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis.And identifided as diarylheptanoids,flavonoids,steroidal saponins,et al.In the study on the chemical constituents of the roots of Amomum maximum,twelve compounds were isolated and identified as amomaxi C(1),amomaxi D(2),amomaxi E(3),amomaxi F(4),(3R)-1,7-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-(6E)-6-hepten-3-ol(5),(3S,5S)-alpinikatin(6),(E)-1-(3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)-7-phenyl-6-hepten-3-one(7),enatiomeric(+)-(8),amomax D(9),2?,4?,6?-trihydroxy-4-methoxychalcone(10),2'-O-methylhelichrysetin(11),3,5,7-dihydroxyl-4?-methoxyl flavonol(12).Compounds 1-4 were 4 novel diarylheptanoids.In the study on the chemical constituents of the fruits of Solanum mammosum,twenty-one compounds were isolated and identified as solamargine(1),solasonine(2),khasianine(3),indioside D(4),protodiocscin(5),pseudoprotodioscin(6),naringenin(7),carthamidin(8),eriodictyol(9),naringenin-7-O-?-D-glucopyranoside(10),aromadendrin-3-O-?-D-glucopyranoside(11),kaempferol(12),kaempferol-3-O-?-Lrhamnopyranosyl(1?6)-?-D-glucopyranoside(13),kaempferol-3-O-?-Dglucopyranoside(14),quercetin(15),rutin(16),isosalipurposide(17),caffeic acid(18),caffeic acid ethyl ester(19),3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-benzoic acid(20),isovanillic-acid-4-O-?-D-glucopyranoside(21).To some up,16 compounds(3,7-21)were isolated from Solanum mammosum for the first time. |
