Objective: To investigate the relationship between cellular immune function and CTCs in patients with breast cancerMethods: We collected inpatients with mammary gland thyroid surgery breast cancer in the First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province from October 2015 to February 2018.A total of 48 patients were enrolled in the study. All patients underwent modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in the same surgical group.Peripheral blood was collected from the peripheral blood of the same day before surgery and on the 14 th day after surgery to detect CTCs and T lymphocyte subsets.Divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group, all received TAC regimen for adjuvant chemotherapy on the 15 th day after operation,21 d for one cycle. In the experimental group,in addition to chemotherapy, thymopentin was added.Ten mg of thymopentin was administered intramuscularly every day at the beginning of chemotherapy.A continuous course of 15 days was used as a course of treatment. There was a total of 2 courses of treatment with chemotherapy. After the completion of 2 cycles of chemotherapy, peripheral circulating blood was collected on the 10 th day for detection of CTCs and T lymphocyte subsets. All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software. Results: All breast cancer patients 14 days after surgery, compared before surgery can be drawn: CD4 +,CD4 + / CD8 + count increased significantly,CD8 + significantly reduced, statistically significant differences(P <0.01),CD3 + count increased,There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);CTCs were significantly elevated and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.01);patients had significantly lower values of CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+ after chemotherapy compared to chemotherapy;CD8+ counts The values were significantly increased, and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.01);CTCs were significantly decreased, and the difference was significant(P<0.01);the values of CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+ in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The CD8+ level was slightly lower and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The number of CTCs decreased, but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).In the high CD4+/CD8+ ratio group, the number of CTCs decreased compared with the low CD4+/CD8+ ratio group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: There are disorders and obstacles in cellular immune function in patients with breast cancer. The expressions of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in T cells are decreased, and the CD8+ values are increased. The surgical operation reduces the tumor burden and significantly relieves the tumor's cellular immunity.Inhibition results in a significant recovery of the body's immune function compared with preoperative treatment. After the body has undergone systemic chemotherapy, the cellular immune function is significantly reduced compared with before chemotherapy, suggesting that chemotherapy drugs kill the body's remaining cancer cells.Inevitably, some of the normal immunocompetent cells are killed, resulting in the normal cellular immune function being inhibited;there is a clear correlation between the number of CTCs and cellular immunity in breast cancer patients,CTCs and adaptation in the peripheral blood microenvironment. There is an inverse relationship between immune cells;thymopentin is a drug that can significantly enhance the cellular immune function of cancer patients, suggesting that we can use cellular immunity in the case of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other comprehensive treatment Functionally enhanced drugs to help the body return to normal Function to enhance the effects of treatment.
