ObjectiveHypertension is a common and serious diseases that endanger human health,The incidence of hypertension is increasing in China in recent years.The control level of hypertension is far from the expected standard.Effective control of hypertension can significantly reduce the damage to the main organs and reduce the complications developed.In this study,NICAS impedance cardiac output monitoring system was used to identify different types of hypertension and guide the clinical medication of hypertensive patients,This paper discusses the guiding role of NICAS impedance cardiac output monitoring system in the treatment of hypertension,and provides theoretical basis for better control of hypertension and its prevention and treatment.MethodsAccording to the informed consent principle,The 200 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.As clinical observation subjects,the patients met the inclusion criteria.The experimental group used NICAS impedance cardiac output monitoring system to develop hypertension typing,The treatment of drugs was chosen by means of classification and general principles;The control group chose treatment drugs only in accordance with the general principles.The initial blood pressure of the experimental group and the control group was observed,and the blood pressure of 1 month,3 months and 6 months after the treatment of hypertension were observed;The complications of new were ovserved in6 months treatment.The obtained data is summarized in EXCEL2007.SPSS20.0 software are used for data analysis.Results1.The experimental results of the experimental group and the control group showed that there was no significant difference in age,sex,time of onset,primarysystolic blood pressure and initial diastolic blood pressure between the two groups.The two group had comparability.2.Using NICAS impedance cardiac output monitoring system to guide the patients’ classification status,the 100 patients in the experimental group,the monitoring data of NICAS impedance cardiac output monitoring system was used to determine the hypertensive typing.It showed that the combination of hypertension is main,the simple hypertension is low,and mixed hypertension in the high-power type combined with high-impedance type of hypertension is the most common.3.The systolic blood pressure during treatment showed the systolic blood pressure pressure decreased with time in the two groups.The values of the two groups were statistically significant(F=5.03,P=0.0261).Further differences between the two groups found that the difference in systolic blood pressure between the two groups of patients after 1 month of treatment was not statistically significant,(t=1.68,P=0.0949)while 3 months after treatment(t=3.17,P=0.0018)and 6 months after treatment(t=2.99,P=0.0032)was statistically significant,the experimental group systolic blood pressure The value of the experimental group is better than the control group.4.Analysis of diastolic blood pressure during treatment showed the diastolic blood pressure of the two groups before and after treatment decreased with time,the difference was statistically significant(F=5.18,P=0.0239).Further differences between the two groups found that the difference between the diastolic blood pressure in patients with hypertension at 1 month after treatment was not statistically significant(t=1.48,P=0.1418);3 months after treatment(t=3.65,P=0.0003)and6 months after treatment(t=3.70,P=0.0003)was statistically significant,the experimental group of diastolic blood pressure is lower than that of the control group,the experimental group of good antihypertensive effect.5.Analysis of the efficacy of treatment showed there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of hypertension in the treatment of 1 month after treatment(χ~2=0.6421,P=0.4229);The effective rate of treatment in the two groups of hypertension was 3 months after treatment(χ~2=6.1189,P=0.0134)and 6 months after treatment(χ~2=5.9210,P=0.0150),thedifference was statistically significant.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.6.The analysis of the incidence of complications in the prognosis showed the incidence of complications in the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(χ~2=5.1950,P=0.0227),the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the antihypertensive effect of the experimental group was good.ConclusinosThrough the NICAS impedance cardiac output monitoring system in the treatment of hypertension in the guidance of applied research,conclusions are as follows.1.Patients with hypertension who have been treated with impedance cardiac output monitoring system are significantly superior to conventional modalities for the treatment of systolic blood pressure in patients with hypertension;2.Patients with hypertension who have been treated with impedance cardiac output monitoring system are significantly superior to conventional modalities for the treatment of diastolic blood pressure in patients with hypertension;3.Patients with hypertension treated with impedance cardiac output monitoring system were superior to the traditional treatment of hypertension in patients with high blood pressure control;4.Patients with hypertension treated by the monitoring system of the impedance cardiac output monitoring system were able to treat the complications after six months of treatment less than the traditional treatment of patients with high blood pressure.
