Objective:To observe the the effect of deep muscle stimulator on spasticity and muscle architecture parameter on lower limbs of hemiplegia patients after stroke.Methods:100 patients were selected for inclusion criteria,The 100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.adopt Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)and the part of lower limb of Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)to evaluate the function and muscle tone of affected side’s lower limb,adopt ultrasonography to examine the muscle architecture parameters(MAP)of affected side’s gastrocnemius muscle,measuring points include : pennation angle(PA),fascicle length(FL)and muscular thickness(MT).Both groups were given secondary prevention for stroke and conventional rehabilitation.The observation group increased the deep muscle stimulation therapy,Qd,Treatment 6 days per week.Before 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,adopt MAS and the part of lower limb of FMA to evaluate and examine FL,PA anf MT,record the results of evaluate and examine,comparison and analysis the results of both groups of patients.Results:4 weeks after treatment,MAS of both groups of patients have significant improvement than pre treatment(p<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group(p<0.05),2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,FMA of both groups of patients have significant improvement than pre treatment(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference between groups(p>0.05).2 weeks after treatment,FL of both groups of patients have increased evidently(p<0.05),4 weeks after treatment,FL of both groups of patients have increased evidently than 2 weeks after treatment(p<0.05)2 weeks after treatment,there was no significant difference between groups(p>0.05),4 weeks after treatment,the FL of observation group was greater than the control group(p<0.05).2 weeks after treatment,PA of both groups of patients have reduced obviously(p<0.05),4 weeks after treatment,PA of both groups of patients have reduced obviously than 2 weeks after treatment(p<0.05)the comparison group was smaller than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:DMS can improve spasm of lower limb of patients after stroke;DMS can improve the muscle architecture parameters(pennation angle,fascicle length)of spastic gastrocnemius muscle...
