| Purpose: Based on the theory of corporeity,adopt the dispelling phlegm and stasis method to intervene patients who are in the status before dyslipidemia disease(phlegm wet and blood stasis constitution),and evaluating its effectiveness,safety through clinical observation and advantages.Method: Selecting 72 clinic patients who are in standard,adopting the clinical study method of randomized to divide the patients into two groups,treatment group consists of 36 people,the control group consists of 36 people.Intervention group takes the phlegm and dispelling Chinese medicine granules,the control group takes capsules,a course continues 4 weeks,observing two periods of treatment,totally continues 8 weeks.Comparing two groups blood lipid level and a change of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)syndrome integral before and after the treatment.Result: In the aspect of TCM syndrome integral,between the intervention group and control group,the treatment group effective rate is 94.12%,and effective rate is 85.29% in the control group,which shows that in terms of improving syndromes,intervention is better than capsules.The lipid improvement comparison between two groups after using the medicine,the intervention group is better than capsules for improvement of TC,LDL-C,no significant differences in terms of improvement of TG.Intervention group and control group in terms of security not happen to drug related adverse reactions.Conclusion: The comparison between the two groups,intervention group improvement curative effect of syndrome integral is better than the control group.According to the chemical inspection associated with lipid physical,intervention group is better than the control group on the improvement of the blood lipid level.Total evaluation of phlegm and dispelling stasis method in phlegm wet individuals dyslipidemia disease intervention group better than the control group,effectiveness is accurate,safety is reliable,which is worthy further improving and applying in clinical. |
