| Purpose:By observing the clinical symptoms, the changes of insulin consumption and the secretion of motilin in patients with Diabetic Gastroparesis, objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the LowerHe-FroniMu points and Non-acupoint point in the treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis, and to explore the relevance of LowerHe-FroniMu points acupuncture therapy to the amount of insulin and the secretion of motilin.Method:All patients were born from Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of endocrinology clinic and endocrine metabolic therapy patients, using randomized control method, according to the patient’s treatment sequence, were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group in addition to the basic treatment plus LowerHe-FroniMu points acupuncture treatment, the control group in addition to the basic treatment plus Non-acupuncture points acupuncture treatment, the two groups of patients were selected subcutaneous insulin control blood glucose-based treatment, treatment During the period of dynamic regulation of insulin to maintain blood glucose fluctuations within a certain range, the two groups of patients were given 30 days of time for acupuncture treatment. The test should be recorded before and after treatment of patients with general vital signs, physical and chemical examination, symptom changes, insulin dosage and motilin test results and statistical analysis.Result:After 30 days of acupuncture treatment, the LowerHe-FroniMu points group and Non-acupoints group of symptoms, gastric emptying rate, insulin dosage, motilin levels were reduced, sharing the LowerHe-FroniMu points group than the Non-acupuncture group, the analysis was significantly different(p < 0.001).The therapeutic effect of the LowerHe-FroniMu points group was better than that of the Non-acupoints group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:LowerHe-FroniMu points acupuncture can treat DGP safely and effectively, but also reduce the dosage of insulin and inhibit the secretion of motilin... |
