A Clinical Controlled Study Of The Effect Of More Shallow Thorn Method In Treatment On Early Facial Paralysis Based On Surface Electromyography

Purpose: Observe the effect of more shallow thorn method in treatment on facial nerve and surface electromyogram in patients with early facial paralysis,To provide evidence for the timing of acupuncture treatment for peripheral facial paralysis,so as to enrich and develop the methods and theories of acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Method: On the basis of routinely given drugs on,60 patients with facial neuritis were selected from the acupuncture and moxibustion department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Were randomly divided into more shallow thorn method in treatment of the early interventional group and more shallow thorn method in treatment of the recovery period treatment control group,30 cases.Observed in patients with facial nerve function score and SA7550 electromyography system were evaluated,assess clinical curative effect.Result: The Treatment Group shows higher effectivity rate than the Control Group.Treatment Group effectivity rate is 96.70% while Control Group got 86.70% effectivity rate.There are significant differences between the two groups(P=0.3<0.5),the treatment group was superior to the control groupConclusion: Many needle shallow thorn treatments for facial nerves palsies curative effect in distinct,and in the early interventional treatment than the recovery period treatment is more remarkable curative effect.
