The Research On Spectral Rules Of Acupoints’ Selection And Compatibility About Vertical Base On Periodical Literature

Purpose: In order to lay a foundation for basic theory and clinical research on acupoints’ selection and compatibility rules,the datas in contemporary literatures of A&M for treatment of vertical are collected and analyzed with data mining technology.The formation of the regulation spectrums will make a breakthrough for the law research about A&M treatment of vertical.Method: Based on the Chinese medical(the fifth edition),relevant literatures before the Republic of China are collected with Excel for the establishment of basis database.Then the data mining technology can be available for statistical analysis,including points’ frequency,channels belonging,properties,distribution and compatibility,etc.The law spectrums on acupoints’ selection and compatibility are formed from the discussing of the above results.Result: After screening and sorting,total 405 literatures of A&M prescriptions about vertical were collected,involving 97 points,1447 times and 14 meridians.The major acupoints,which had the higher frequency,were Fengchi(GB20),Baihui(DU20),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Tianzhu(BL10)and Taichong(LR3).The Du Meridian(DU)and the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang(BL)were main meridians.the majority of points were located in head.Five-shu points and Jiao-hui points were valued.Because multi-acupointed prescriptions accounted for only 27% of relevant literatures in that period,so the meaning of compatibility was not obvious.Conclusion: 1.The contemporary A&M literatures focused on the treatment of secondary vertical.Compatibility selected point prescription held a leading post.2.The contemporary physicians treated vertical comppatibility of medicines.
