| Aerobics is a very vigorous sport.It combines dance with gymnastics.This kind of sports activities,which have strengthened the students’ physical quality and cultivated their aesthetic sentiment,have won the favor and admiration of the school.Therefore,aerobics has gradually entered the school-based curriculum and regular teaching of middle school physical education.As a part of the teaching content,aerobics has been taught regularly.However,because the aerobics is a sense of rhythm and rhythm of sports is extremely strong,so the body of the control force and the coordination of the athletes are very demanding,a lot of technical movements and larger efforts,but in recent years with the students of sports aerobics and constantly improve the level of routine more and more difficult,the sports injury risk therefore students in Sports Aerobics athletes also increased.This is for high school students learning athletic aerobics;the medial ligament injury will have serious consequences.Mild injury may only affect their own health and the quality of training,but the joint medial ligament injury can cause serious disability and even endanger the life of the whole country,the competitive aerobics athlete’s talent reserve and personal development has brought no small loss,but also seriously restricts the improvement of the technical level of athletes.Therefore,in addition to early prevention,avoid sports injuries and timely treatment;trauma recovery exercises are equally important.So the high school sports aerobics student athletes of medial collateral ligament of knee joint recovery effect as the research object,using the method of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics,and questionnaire survey method was carried out thorough investigation and study and the data were analyzed one by one.The project for the in-depth and detailed analysis on the causes of middle school aerobics sports injury in training,students in Aerobics students’ knee injury as a starting point,according to the characteristics of students’ physical growth and development,and the competitive aerobics training ways and methods,formulate the corresponding training plan,in accordance with the the training period and gradually reach the damaged medial collateral ligament of the knee joint rehabilitation.Found in the study before the experiment:(1)Before the experiment found that middle school aerobics athletes said the occurrence of knee medial collateral ligament injury and the degree of damage is 1,the number of students of grade II girls was higher than that of boys.(2)The related training stage and related items were made to recover the medial collateral ligament injury of knee joint.The first stage is the stage of training,training content for the medial collateral ligament of knee joint and stretching muscles and relaxation exercises;the second stage is the stage of training,the stage for strength training and endurance exercises.(3)The index of motion of the medial collateral ligament(knee angle,active knee flexion angle and passive knee flexion angle)of the injured knee joint was significantly improved.But the degree of recovery of boys compared with girls,poor;medial collateral ligament of knee muscles around the peak torque and offensive in knee flexion and extension in two states,the average 4S isometric strength has improved significantly.(4)knee flexion was decreased obviously,the static balance test and static damage both feet standing on one foot,dynamic clockwise circle,clockwise circle dynamic score,proprioception average,medial collateral ligament of knee joint response ability decreased significantly,indicating the rehabilitation training before and after.The subjects have improved. |
