Objective:Through comparative analysis of clinical and laboratory examination characteristics, echocardiography, and treatment of patients with incomplete Kawasaki disease(IKD)and Kawasaki disease(KD)in hospital, the knowledge and diagnosis of incomplete Kawasaki disease were improved, and the complications, especially the incidence of coronary artery lesions, were reduced. Methods: The clinical cases of 143 cases of incomplete Kawasaki disease(IKD)and 595 cases of Kawasaki disease(KD)were retrospectively analyzed from January 2011 to December 2016 at Suzhou University affiliated Children’s Hospital. At the same time, the sex, age, clinical manifestation, laboratory examination characteristics, echocardiography and treatment of incomplete Kawasaki disease(IKD)and Kawasaki disease(KD)were compared.Result:(1)General information: Age of onset, the incomplete Kawasaki disease Group was less than the Kawasaki disease group, and the two groups were statistically different;in the sex,the incomplete Kawasaki disease Group and the Kawasaki disease Group did not have the statistical difference; In the onset season, the incomplete Kawasaki disease Group and the Kawasaki disease group were dominated by spring and summer.(2)Clinical manifestation: Compared with Kawasaki disease Group, the duration of fever in incomplete Kawasaki disease Group was longer, and the duration of hand-foot hard swelling, rash, red bayberry tongue, and Kabbah scar was relatively long;the incidence rate of incomplete Kawasaki disease was higher than that of Kawasaki group.(3)Laboratory examination: Compared with Kawasaki disease group, there was a significant increase of C-reactive protein in the incomplete Kawasaki disease Group,a significant increase in erythrocyte sedimentation rate, significant platelet elevation and hemoglobin lowering, but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.Incomplete Kawasaki Disease group the plasma albumin was higher than that of Kawasaki disease Group,The difference was statistically significant(P05);In the aspect of humoral immunity, there was no statistically significant difference between the incomplete Kawasaki disease Group and the Kawasaki Disease Group, and there were obvious abnormalities in the cd3+t and cd4+/cd8+ of the patients with incomplete Kawasaki disease; The incidence of high coagulation in incomplete Kawasaki disease Group was higher than that in Kawasaki disease Group. The incidence rate of mycoplasma antibody IgM in incomplete Kawasaki disease Group was lower than that of Kawasaki disease group.(4)Echocardiography and treatment: the probability of coronary artery lesion(CAL)occurring in incomplete Kawasaki disease Group was significantly higher than that in Kawasaki disease Group; In addition to cardiovascular complications, other systemic lesions should be given due attention, such as the occurrence of rare complications such as joint damage and macrophage activation syndrome(MAS)in this study.Familiarity with related complications for early identification. There was no statistically significant incidence of gamma globulin in the incomplete Kawasaki disease Group and Kawasaki disease Group. Conclusion :(1)compared with Kawasaki disease Group(KD),the age of children with incomplete Kawasaki disease(IKD)group was relatively small, and the duration of fever time, hand and foot hard swelling, rash, red bayberry tongue, and Kabbah scar was comparatively long, and the incidence rate of scar swelling and perianal peeling was higher.(2)compared with Kawasaki disease Group(KD),the cd3+t cells and cd4+/cd8+ of children with incomplete Kawasaki disease(IKD)group were obviously abnormal;(3)The incidence of high coagulation in the incomplete Kawasaki disease(IKD)group was significantly higher than that in Kawasaki Disease Group, and the incidence of coronary artery lesion(CAL)increased significantly.
