Objective: To investigate the C-erb B-2,E-cadherin、the mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)expression in epithelial ovarian carcinoma and its significance in invasion and metastasis.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 48 cases from 2015 to 2016 in Changzhou Tumor Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University in the treatment of the clinical and pathological data of detection of C-erb B-2 with E-cadherin mTOR,immunohistochemistry,normal tissue expression in epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissue and C-erb B-2.Results:1.The expression of c-erbB-2 and mTOR in epithelial ovarian malignancies was significantly higher than that of the normal ovarian tissue,and the expression of E-cadherin in epithelial ovarian tumor was significantly lower than that of normal ovarian tissue.mTOR was highly expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer,significantly higher than normal ovarian tissue.2.mTOR was associated with tissue differentiation,surgical pathology stage and peritoneal metastasis(P < 0.05),regardless of age,different pathological types(P>0.05).3.The expression of E-cadherin was low in epithelial ovarian cancer,and it was associated with tissue differentiation,operative pathology stage,and peritoneal metastasis(P<0.05).Regardless of age,different pathological types(P>0.05).4.The positive expression of C-erb B-2 in the epithelial ovarian cancer tissue was different in the clinical pathological stages,and the higher the positive expression rate,the later the stage.(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The positive expression of C-erb B-2 in epithelial ovarian cancer is different in clinical pathological stages.The later the staging,the higher the positive rate is(P < 0.05),which can be used as an indicator of the prognosis of ovarian cancer.2.The expression of E-cadherin in epithelial ovarian carcinoma was significantly lower than in adjacent normal ovarian tissue,and tissue differentiation,pathological stage and.E-cadherin expression is related to cancer cell apoptosis,negatively related to invasion and metastasis,invasion of ovarian cancer can be divided into sub,commonly used markers of metastasis.3.The high expression of mTOR in epithelial ovarian carcinoma was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues.The histological differentiation,pathological stage of abnormal expression of mTOR in epithelial ovarian cancer,can reflect the degree of specificity of abnormal proliferation of cancer cells,and tumor invasion and metastasis are positively correlated.4.The combined detection of mTOR,C-erb B-2,E-cadherin and three in epithelial ovarian cancer improves the accuracy of ovarian cancer metastasis and prognosis,and is superior to single index detection.
