Backgrounds and Objective :Discussion ICU(intensive care unit,ICU)acute kidney injury(acute kidney injury,AKI)in patients with thyroid hormone and cystatin C(cystatin,Cys C)correlation. When the researchers explored within the critical ICU patients the reasons for the high mortality rate, found in many critically ill patients in both the presence of renal failure.Although studies on the physiology and pathology knowledge about the kidney and renal replacement therapy has made more progress, but in critically ill patients whose kidney is one of the most vulnerable organ involvement, acute renal failure, morbidity and mortality remains high.Based on the main purpose of this paper is to study acute kidney injury in patients with thyroid hormone and cystatin C to analyze the relevance of research in exceptional circumstances, intended to find a solution to the treatment of patients with acute kidney injury healing methods. Methods:We assessed the levels of thyroid hormones and Cys C in patients with AKI and analyzed the relationship between them. Results:Relationship analyzing showed TT3 and FT3 had negative correlations with plasma Cys C,the correlation coefficients were TT3:-0.420,p < 0.001;FT3:-0.301,p = 0.003,respectively.However,FT4 had positive correlation with plasma Cys C(r =-0.289,p = 0.004)and urine Cys C(r =-0.289,p = 0.004).Discussion:Application of Cystatin C clinical judgment needs to consider the impact on thyroid function in patients with acute kidney injury in patients with Cys C in patients with acute kidney injury has occurred.Verify the individual biomarkers or a group of biomarkers measuring time, threshold and clinical ability to predict, evaluate biomarkers of prognostic value,to early prediction of AKI occurrence of sepsis, early diagnosis, treatment and improve prognosis provide clinically relevant theoretical basis. And may change the AKI diagnosis and classification mode, combining multiple biomarkers may be able to better predict the occurrence of AKI,and to improve the prognosis of patients reduce mortality of sepsis is important. |
