Human brain language network is a complex system,the language areas have spontaneous activities,and there is also some function connection between the brain areas.The brain is asymmetry both in the structure and function,and the left hemisphere has language advantages.If the brain has function lateralization abnormalities,it can cause language or mental illness.Therefore,study temporal reliability and lateralization of brain language function connected network on normal human can provide theoretical basis for the study of linguistic mechanisms and the treatment of clinical language disorders.In this paper,we study the language functional networks of Chinese and English in the resting state and task state based on functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)datas,and study the functional lateralization and temporal reliability of Broca and Wernicke.The main research work includes:(1)Pre-process the fMRI data of Chinese and English language in resting state and task state,including slice timing,head motion correction,spatial standardization,spatial smoothing,de-linear drift,low frequency filtering and removing covariates;(2)Analysis function connection on fMRI data based on the order statistic correlation coefficient.And implement the intra-group analysis to study the Chinese and English language areas significantly correlated with Broca and Wernicke in resting state and task state;(3)Statistical analysis of the functional connection maps.Using the asymmetry index method to calculate the lateralization of the Broca and Wernicke areas in the left and right hemispheres of the brain,and study the brain hemispheric dominance of Chinese and English language in resting state and task state;(4)Based on the function connection maps and the functional asymmetry maps,using the intra-class correlation method to study the temporal reliability of resting-state English language network and the functional asymmetry of Broca and Wernicke.In this paper,the results show that the resting-state Chinese and English language network and the task state Chinese language network are widespread,and the resting-state English language network has a certain degree temporal reliability.The main language areas Broca and Wernicke are functional lateralized;The lateralization of Broca and Wernicke in resting-state English language network have a certain degree temporal reliability.
