Objective: To investigate the effect of different time and different methods on the outcome of pregnant women with ICP(intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy)after termination of pregnancy. Methods: in our hospital in 2014 09 months to December 2016 were 120 ICP patients as the research object;for the implementation of the termination of pregnancy in all ICP patients in different time using different methods,to observe the contrast on the final outcomes of mother and fetus. Results: between 37 and 38 weeks choose to implement the termination of pregnancy patients compared to less than 37 weeks, more than 38 weeks between patients in the probability of the occurrence of neonatal asphyxia and meconium staining probability, increased significantly(P<0.05);for less than 37 weeks in patients with ICP,the probability of confining students fetal death, increased significantly(P<0.05);the clinical implementation of pregnancy termination, with the probability of production after the hemorrhage patients showed after childbirth, showed no significant correlation(P>0.05);to compare the implementation of termination of pregnancy in patients with vaginal delivery options, choose cesarean section to implement the termination of pregnancy the patients in the presence of perinatal death probability and probability probability of meconium stained amniotic fluid and neonatal asphyxia, showed extremely significantly decreased(P<0.05 There was no significant correlation between the clinical choice of termination of pregnancy and the incidence of bleeding after delivery(P>0.05).Compared with the mild ICP group, there was a significant increase in the incidence of premature infants, meconium stained amniotic fluid, and low birth weight infants(P<0.05)in the severe ICP group. Conclusion: for patients with ICP,the termination of pregnancy operation between 37 weeks and 38 weeks of pregnancy, can achieve significant results, can significantlyimprove the quality of maternal and fetal outcomes.Compared with the way of vaginal delivery, cesarean section can effectively improve the outcome of mother and infant, and ultimately improve the quality of maternal and fetal outcomes.
