The Clinical Observation Of Modified Xin Jia Huang Long Decoction In The Treatment Of Senile Functional Constipation(Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin Syndrome)

Purpose: Observation of Modified Xinjiahuanglong Decoction in the treatment of Senile Functional Constipation(deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome)of Security and effectiveness,provide the basis for clinical medication in the future.Method: Observing from March 2016 to March 2017,72 Senile Functional Constipation patients were visit the expert clinic of liver and stomach diseases in Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and TCM belongs to the two Qi and yin deficiency syndrome.Patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group 36 cases,and control group 36 cases.The treatment group: give the decoction of Modified Xinjiahuanglong(by the Astragalus membranaceus,rhubarb,mirabilite,baizhu,shengdi,danggui and other drugs);The contrast group:give the edestan soft capsule,the two groups were all treated 2 weeks.After the treatment,observing the two group of patients TCM syndrome integral,clinical efficacy etc index,Conducting statistical analysis and comparison.And follow-up the efficient patients after 4 weeks,so as to know the recurrence of constipation.Result:(1)Symptom efficacy comparison:After the treatment the two groups symptom curative effect all have improvement in fecal shape、defecate time and frequency、abdominal distension、fell not completely and so on,statistics have significantly different(P<0.05).The treatment group improved more obviously than the contrast group,statistical analysis P<0.05.(2)Comparison of total scores of syndromes:Using t-test,total scores before and after treatment,the treatment group is 19.56±5.50,8.15±5.67,the contrast group is21.18±5.36,11.06±5.99,the symptom score of treatment group two patients were higher than after treatment,statistics has significant(P<0.05),showing that the two drugs can improve constipation symptoms.The treatment group symptom total score lower than the contrast group after the treatment,statistics has significant(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the contrast group in improvement of symptoms.(3)TCM syndrome therapeutic evaluation comparison:The treatment group total efficiency is 97.1%,the contrast group total efficiency is61.8%.The treatment group curative effect is more precede than the contrast group.By ranking sum test,prompting the two groups total efficiency comparable P<0.05,statistics hassignificant,the treatment group total curative effect is more greatly than the contrast group.(4)Observe of security:The two group patients not appear of obvious untoward effect,also couldn’t have toxic and side effect.(5)After the treatment 4 weeks,respectively follow-up visit the two group patients of treatment effective,by comparing the frequency of recurrence,prompting the treatment group’s recurrence frequency lower than the contrast group,make clear that “the modified Xinjiahuanglong Decoction” is better than the edestan soft capsule in prevent constipation relapsing effect.Conclusion:From the above data are obtained the Decoction of modified HuangLong for treating the Senile Functional Constipation(deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome)is effective,and is superior edestan soft capsule.The decoction on the one hand can clean up the stomach and intestine rubbish,clear the hollow viscera,on the other hand can replenish qi to invigorate the spleen,treating yin deficiency,nourishing blood,dredging collateral.Not only can timely purgation to preserve yin,but also can double repair qi and yin,very good improvement in patients with constipation,bloating and other symptoms,and no evidently side effect.By follow-up visiting,declares that the decoction can reduce constipated recurrence,so as to provide the more safely and effectively therapeutic schedule of curing the senile functional constipation in clinical.
