ObjectiveTo through summarizing of 53 cases of non-immunodeficiency and clinical features of pulmonary cryptococcosis patients, improve the understanding of the immunodeficiency pulmonary cryptococcosis.MethodsThe clinical data of patients with pulmonary cryptococcal disease were analyzed retrospectively from Jan.1st 2011 to Dec.31 st 2016.Using SPSS 19.0 statistical software to analyze the data, the non-normal distribution data is indicated by the median, and the non-parametric test is adopted. The normal distribution is analyzed by using SPSS 19.0 statistical software, the non-normal distribution data is indicated by the median, and the non-parametric test is adopted. The normal distribution is x±s,and the measurement data is tested by t.The count data is represented by%and the x2 is tested.P<0.05 is statistically significant.ResultsThere were 53 patients, including 30 men and 23 women.Age 20-86.Average age 50.4;31 of them had basic disease; All patients had no organ transplantation, and all HIV indicators were negative. The CT scan of the chest was seen as a real variation of the lesion, nodular, lumpy, and mixed type.A routine laparoscopic surgical removal was performed by surgical pathology.52 cases of pulmonary biopsy were confirmed by CT.Of the 53 cases,47 were treated with fluoroconazole and 6 were treated with itraconazole, followed by 6 months?33 months.Lung lesions are absorbed in varying degrees.ConclusionThe clinical manifestations of non-immunodeficiency pulmonary cryptococcal disease are nonspecific, and the thoracic CT scan is characterized by multiple hair or single nodules and lumps. The quantitative test drops of the latex agglutination were significantly lower than before the treatment of the treated patients.Antifungal treatments work better.
