With Hemostatic Mingmu Decoction In Treatment Of Retinal Vein Occlusion (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis) Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the effect of Zhi Xue Ming Mu Fang on visual acuity,fundus and blood rheology in patients with retinal vein occlusion(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)Methods:the study on retinal vein occlusion(qi stagnation and blood stasis)patients as the research object,from the selection of standard 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group and control group),a total of 4 cases were lost and 29 cases(31 eyes)in the treatment group,27 cases(30 eyes)in the control group.The treatment group was given hemostatic Mingmu Decoction in the control group.Oral compound Xuefu-Zhuyu oral liquid.To observe and record the two groups of patients before and after treatment visual acuity,fundus changes,fundus fluorescein angiography and other indicators.Results:the visual acuity before and after treatment in two groups Were significantly improved(P<0.05);the visual acuity was compared between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group increased higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the two groups before and after treatment of fundus fluorescein angiography and fluorescein leakage decreased(P<0.05);compared with two groups of FFA after treatment,the treatment group was better than that of the control to reduce leakage group 3;hemostatic Mingmu Decoction and Xuefu-Zhuyu oral liquid can treat retinal vein occlusion(qi stagnation and blood stasis),the hemostatic Mingmu Decoction in the treatment of branch retinal vein occlusion effect is better than that of compound Xuefu-Zhuyu oral liquid,the treatment of central retinal vein occlusion(qi stagnation and blood stasis)when the efficacy of the two groups had no significant difference between the two;The effect of visual contrast group,treatment group was 54.84%,the total effective rate was 90.31%the control group was 33.33%the total effective rate was 70%in treatment group,the effective rate and total effective rate were higher than the control group.The two groups before and after treatment,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were reduced;two the blood viscosity after treatment,significant difference(P<0.05),the blood viscosity in the treatment group than the control group.Compared with the reduced efficacy of TCM syndrome:treatment group total effective rate was 90.31%control group total effective rate was 70%,the curative effect of the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:haemostatic Mingmu decoction can improve the retinal vein occlusion(qi stagnation and blood stasis)eyesight,reduce patients(especially early patients)of fundus hemorrhage,decrease the blood viscosity of the patients with the treatment of branch retinal vein occlusion(qi stagnation and blood stasis)patients,hemostasis Mingmu Decoction efficacy of compound Xuefu-Zhuyu oral liquid,the treatment of central retinal vein occlusion(qi stagnation and blood stasis)patients.The hemostatic Mingmu Decoction with Qi,hemostatic effect,can enlighten eyesight,can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms,signs,treatment of retinal vein occlusion(qi stagnation and blood stasis)the side effects.
