| Objective:Preliminary exploration of six syndromes distribution characteristics of coronary heart disease with depression, and find some relationship may exist between related influencing factors of coronary heart disease with depression and syndromes of the six meridians, and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods:Desigh and layout patient information questionnaire.Gather clinical data of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with depression.Including the patient’s gender, age, course of disease, complications,HAMD score,PCI history,CABG history and four diagnostic information of TCM.Use Differentiation of six channels to discriminant the syndrome of coronary heart disease complicated with depression,Sums up the distribution characteristics of six-channel syndrome, and use binary classification Logistic regression analysis to explore the correlation between the coronary heart disease complicated with depression clinical information, influence factor and six-channel syndrome.Results:1 In 200 patients with coronary heart disease and depression,Shaoyin disease(with the percentage of 71.5%)is in the highest frequency.Followed by Yangming disease(with the percentage of 31.5%).Cause of the complex pathogenesis, there are only 3 cases in Juey in disease, which is in the lowest rate(with the percentage of1.5%).2 Among the 200 patients,Six-channels syndrome is mainly in terms of several channels syndrome together(with the percentage of 54.5%),in which there are mainly two channels syndrome together(with the percentage of 52.0%).In the two channel cooperation disease,Shaoyang-Yangming disease together are in the highest fre-quency(with the percentage of 49.04%).Followed by Taiyang-Shaoyang(with thepercentage of 23.08%),Shaoyang-Taiyin(with the percentage of 19.23%).There are only 5 cases of Three-channel disease together(with the percentage of 2.5%).3 The results of correlation analysis between Six-channel diseases with gender, age, course of disease, complication(high blood pressure, hyperlipemia, diabetes, cerebral arterial thrombosis, cerebral hemorrhage),PCI history,CABG history and HAMD score:(1)Patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia were mainly manifested as Yangming disease.(2)There is a positive correlation between the degree of HAMD score and Shaoyang disease, with HAMD score increasing, the degree of depression gradually deepened, and the incidence of shaoyang disease increases.(3)Patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus complicated with depression were more frequently seen in patients with diabetes mellitus.4 The high frequency of symptoms of 200 patients in the order as follows:Chest tightness, dry mouth, mouth pain, insomnia, palpitation, chest and hypochondrium fullness, sigh, sweating, depression, anxiety, fear, disease, dizzy, always melancholy and moody fatigue,constipation,pain,upset.Conclusion:1 From high to low,the frequency in Six-channel syndrome of coronary heart disease and depression as follows: Shaoyang,Yangming,Taiyang and Taiyin. However, the Shaoyin cold syndrome,Shaoyin thermalization syndrome and Jueyin disease are relatively at low frequency.2 Six-channel syndromes of coronary heart disease and depression are mainly in terms of several channel syndromes, among which there are mainly two channel syndrome together.3 Among the two-channel cooperation disease,Shaoyang-Yangming diseases toge-ther are the most frequent.Followed by Taiyang-Shaoyang and Shaoyang-Taiyin diseases together.4 Patients with hyperlipidemia combined with coronary heart disease with depression may be more likely to suffer from Yang Ming disease.5 The relationship between the degree of HAMD score and Shaoyang disease closely, with HAMD score increasing, the degree of depression gradually deepened,Shaoyang disease incidence may increase.6 Patients with diabetes mellitus combined with coronary heart disease with depression may be more common in Shaoyin thermalization syndrome.7 The differentiation of Six-channel syndrome is a feasible method for diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with depression syndrome. |
