The Pre-pregnancy Intervening Effect Of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined With Active Immunotherapy On Pregnancy In Patients With History Of Embryo Growth Ceasing

Objective:The study aims to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with active immunotherapy,and analyze the clinical effect of the pre-pregnancy intervention;to supplement the deficiency of the traditional Chinese medicine on the pre-pregnancy intervention,to provide new methods for the treatment of the disease.Methods:Sixty patients who were collected from 2015.6²016.12 in outpatients and the word of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated hospital with blocking antibodies-negative disease were randomly divided into two groups by the digital table.The treatment group（n=35）were intervented with traditional Chinese medicine combined with active immunotherapy before pregnancy,and from pregnancy to 10 weeks continue to take Bushen Antai Decoction for tocolysis.The therapy of control group（n=32）was only active immunization before pregnancy,but after pregnancy,the treatment was same as the control group.To evaluate the clinical efficacy by comparing the gravid donouement,clinical symptom of re-pregnancy and serumβ-HCG,P and E2 in the two groups.Results:（1）The two groups of patients comparing pregnancy outcomes:there were30 effective cases in the 35 cases of intervention group,2 cases of non-pregnancy success,1 cases of early pregnancy hormone levels need to hormone miscarriage,2cases of poor campliance,30 effective cases were cured 29 cases,1 case of invalid,the total effective rate was 96.67%.Control group of 32 cases,2 cases of non-pregnancy success,1 cases of early pregnancy hormone levels need to hormone miscarriage,29patients cases of effective cases were cured 23 cases,4 cases still stop developing,2cases of spontaneous abortion,the total effective rate was 79.31%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）（2）When patients were pregnant again comparing the severity of symptoms of threatened abortion:treatment group:mildly accounted for 90%（27/30）,moderate accounted for 10%（3/30）,in the control group:mildly accounted for 62.1%（18/29）,moderate 34.5%（10/29）,severe3.4%（1/29）,the degree of difference between the two groups was statistically.Conclusion:（1）Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with Active Immunotherapy can significantly improve the survival rate of pregnancy.（2）Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with Active Immunotherapy can significantly enhance the levels of serumβ-HCG,P and E₂,which is conducive to embryonic growth.（3）The pre-pregnancy intervening effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction significantly improved symptoms of threatened abortion during pregnancy again.
