| Research Purposes:This paper is to explore the methods of rehabilitation training suitable for college table tennis athletes, provide guidance for college physical education coaches to engage in rehabilitation training, further improve the theoretical part of coaching athletes’ injury prevention training, enable the knee function of athletes to gradually be restored from injuries and improved physical performance of non-injured athletes, which reduces the incidence of sports injuries.Research Methods : This paper mainly uses literature review, experimentation, mathematical statistic analysis, and logical analysis.Experimental method:Twenty table tennis athletes between the ages of 18 to 24 with secondary exercise level(or above)at Hebei Normal University were selected. The athlete’s knee joint function and injury status were obtained and the reasonable rehabilitation physical training methods for knee joint injury prevention and training were formulated on the basis of the testing on their FMS(Function Movement Screen),body composition, vertical jump, circumference, and strength. The training is divided into two phases. The first phase is 1 to 6 weeks,3 times per week,20 to 25 minutes each time. The purpose of the training is to strengthen the stability of the knee joint. The second phase is 7 to 12 weeks,2 times per week,25 to 30 minutes each time, with the training aim of increasing the strength of the muscles around the knee. The differences in test results before and after training are analyzed to assess the effect of rehabilitation training on the prevention and treatment of knee joint injury.Research results:(1)Rehabilitation training has an effect on the athlete’s body shape, and the difference between before and after training is significant. The female athlete’s thigh circumference increased from 53.72 to 54.37 and the calf circumference increased from 33.45 to 34.17.The male athlete’s thigh circumference increased from 58.20 to 58.92,and the calf circumference increased from 39.10 to 39.80.(2)Rehabilitation training has an impact on the injury of athletes, and the difference between before and after training is significant. The number of table tennis athletes with knee injuries gradually decreased from 3 to 1.(3)Rehabilitation training has an impact on athletes’ physical fitness, and there is significant difference between before and after training. The data of athletes’ FMS test, vertical jump performance, and flexor and extensor strength all increased. The athlete’s FMS test score increased from 7 to 10 points. The average jump performance of female athletes increased from 25.99 to 27.47,and that of male athletes jumped from 33.30 to 35.90.The left flexion peak torque of female athletes increased from 40.2 to 54.6,and the right flexion peak torque increased from 41.1 to 61.8.The peak torque of the left extension of female athletes increased from 84.3 increased to 115.5,and the peak torque of the right extension increased from 87.8 to 118.4.The left flexion peak torque of male athletes increased from 79.4 to 99.2,and the right flexion peak torque increased from 85.9 to 126.0.The peak torque of the left extension of male athletes increased from 155.7 to 177.6,and the peak torque of the right extension increased from 158.1 to 180.3.(4)Rehabilitation training has an effect on the knee function of athletes, and the difference between before and after training is significant. The duration of the female athlete’s balance pad increased from 75.5 to 141.9,and the balance time of the male athlete’s balance pad increased from 66.7 to 136.8.The female table tennis athlete’s knee function rating scale score increased from 89.0 to 92.8,the average rating scale score of male table tennis player’s knee function increased from 88.6 to 93.0.Analysis conclusion:(1)Rehabilitation training has an important influence on the prevention and treatment of knee joint injury. The function of the knee joint is improved through fascial relaxation and balance pad training, and the stability of the knee joint is improved, which is beneficial to reducing the incidence of knee joint injury.(2)The training of flexor-extensor muscles in rehabilitation physical training, such as resistance training and static training, improves the strength of the muscles around the knee such as the quadriceps and provides protection for the athletes in preventing knee injuries.(3)Athletes have individual differences.Rehabilitation physical fitness training programs should be established according to the different injuries. |
