Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between platelet parameters and procalcitonin(PCT)and APACHE Ⅱ scores in sepsis patients with blood stasis syndrome.Method:1.According to the inclusion criteria,we collected cases of sepsis diagnosed by the emergency department and ICU in our hospital, including 55 patients with blood stasis syndrome and 54 patients with non-blood stasis syndrome.2.On the day of admission, the values of platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW),platelet large cell ratio(P-LCR),and procalcitonin were recorded for patients who met the diagnosis, and APACHEII score, collect relevant data.3.Record the PLT,MPV,PDW,P-LCR,PCT,APACHE Ⅱ scores of the blood stasis syndrome group and non-blood stasis syndrome group on the 28th day and collect the data.4.To observe the correlation between PLT,MPV,PDW,P-LCR and PCT,APACHE Ⅱscores in patients with sepsis-induced blood stasis syndrome.Result:1.There was no significant difference in age and gender between the blood stasis syndrome group and the non-blood stasis syndrome group(P>0.05).2.The PCT value and APACHE Ⅱ score of the blood stasis group were higher than those of the non-blood stasis syndrome group(P<0.01),suggesting that the condition of the blood stasis syndrome group was more serious than that of the non-blood stasis syndrome group.3.Blood Stasis Syndrome group:PLT values were negatively correlated with PCT values and APACHE Ⅱ scores(the correlation coefficients were r=-0.632,-0.547,respectively.);MPV,PDW,P-LCR values positively correlated with PCT values and APACHE Ⅱscores(Correlation coefficients with PCT values were r=0.688,0.936,0.851,respectively,and correlation coefficients with APACHE Ⅱ scores were r=0.664,0.791,0.768,respectively.)All have significant statistical differences(P<0.01).With the increase of PCT value and APACHEⅡ score, the condition of patients with blood stasis syndrome will gradually increase, the PLT value will decrease, and the MPV,PDW,and P-LCR values will increase. With the decrease of PCT value and APACHE II score, the condition of patients with blood stasis syndrome gradually improved,PLT value will increase, and MPV,PDW,and P-LCR values will decrease. Thus,PLT,MPV,PDW,and P-LCR values are closely related to the condition of sepsis blood stasis syndrome.4.Observe the 28-day mortality rate of patients:17 deaths in patients with blood stasis syndrome, accounting for about 30.9%.Number of deaths in non-blood syndrome group is 8 cases, accounting for about 14.8%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Prompt mortality in patients with blood stasis group is greater than that in patients without blood stasis syndrome. It is further confirmed that the condition of patients with blood stasis syndrome is heavier than non-blood stasis syndrome and the mortality rate is high.5.The death group was compared with the survival group:MPV,PDW,P-LCR,APACHEII scores, and PCT values were higher in the death group than in the survivor group, and the PLT value was lower in the death group than in the survivor group. All have statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Further confirms that PLT,MPV,PDW,and P-LCR values are closely related to the condition of sepsis blood stasis syndrome.Conclusion:1.The severity of sepsis patients with blood stasis syndrome is higher than that of non-bloody stagnation patients,High mortality, and the mortality rate is high.2.PLT values can re:flect the severity of patients with sepsis blood stasis syndrome. That is,the PLT value decreased and the condition was aggravated. The PLT value increased and the condition improved.3.MPV,PDW,P-LCR values can reflect the severity of sepsis patients with blood stasis.Namely:The MPV,PDW,P-LCR value is increased, the condition is aggravated; The value of MPV,PDW,P-LCR is reduced, the condition is improved;4.Dynamic detection of platelet counts, mean platelet volume, average platelet width, and large platelet ratio can provide objective evidence for the condition of sepsis patients with blood stasis syndrome.
