Clinical Study Of Lifting Yang To Dredging Du Meridian Manipulation On The Treatment Of Post-Stroke Depression Patients With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of "Lifting Yang to Dredging Du Meridian Manipulation " acupuncture on the post-stroke depression.To provide a reference basis for acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods: the cases from January 1,2017 to December 30,2017 in yunnan province hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture outpatient and the inpatient into standard patient 60 examples,in strict accordance with the random number table method divided the patients into the treatment group and control group 30 cases,on the basis of the two group were given conventional treatment,the treatment group used Lifting Yang to Dredging Du Meridian Manipulation acupuncture treatment,the point: Shenting,Shangxing,Baihui,Dazhui,Mingmen,Geshu,Ganshu,Pishu,Shenshu,Guanyuanshu;The control group was treated with sertraline tablets.both groups were treated for 28 days,After the treatment then do analysis of the Barthel scale,NHISS scale,HAMD scale,Chinese medicine symptom integral scale,clinical efficacy rate,and the related data for statistical analysis.Results:1.In the NHISS score,there was a difference in self-comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).after treatment the treatment group of the NHISS score was significantly different from that of the sertraline hydrochloride group(P< 0.05).2.In the Barthel score,there was a difference in self-comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).after treatment the Barthel score was significantly different from that of sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment group(P<0.05).3.In the total score score of TCM symptoms,there was a difference in self-comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).after treatment the total score of TCM symptoms was significantly different from that of sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment group(P<0.05).4.In the HAMD score,there was a difference in self-comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).after treatment the HAMD score was significantly different from that of sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment group(P<0.05).5.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the results showed that the clinical efficiency of the treatment group was 83.33%,among which 2 cases were cured,18 cases were effective,5 cases were effective and 5 cases were invalid.The clinical efficiency of the sertrine hydrochloride drug group was 72.41%,among which1 case was cured,8 cases were effective,12 were effective,8 were invalid,and the clinical efficacy was different(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both group can improve the neurofunctional defects,and the Lifting Yang to Dredging Du Meridian Manipulation acupuncture was better than the sertraline hydrochloric.2.Both group can improve the daily life ability,and the Lifting Yang to Dredging Du Meridian Manipulation acupuncture was better than the sertraline hydrochloric.3.Both group can improve the TCM symptoms,and the Lifting Yang to Dredging Du Meridian Manipulation acupuncture was better than the sertraline hydrochloric.4.Both group can improve the depression status,and the Lifting Yang to Dredging Du Meridian Manipulation acupuncture was better than the sertraline hydrochloric.5.There are some clinical curative effects on the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression,and the Lifting Yang to Dredging Du Meridian Manipulation acupuncture was better than the sertraline hydrochloric.
